Which Sweepstakes Casinos Exclude Oklahoma? 18 of 33 Do

Eighteen of the 33 sweepstakes casinos we review, including Chumba Casino, McLuck, Pulsz and Spree, exclude Oklahoma or end Sweeps Coins play there in their own published documents as of October 31, 2026, the day before the state's ban takes effect. Ten, including WOW Vegas and Stake.us, still do not name it as restricted, and we could not read the other five.

Section 2 of the enrolled SB 1589 reads: "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026." We read every brand's terms, sweeps rules or help-centre state list on October 31 to see which ones have put that in writing. A document is not a location check, and we did not test any site from Oklahoma. What this shows is which operators have told Oklahoma players, in writing, where they stand.

Which sweepstakes casinos have excluded Oklahoma?

Eighteen. The wording varies: some bar the state outright, others keep Gold Coin play open and switch off the coins that pay prizes, the split our guide to Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins explains.

The last row is new today: NoLimitCoins, Funrize and TaoFortune made Oklahoma free-play only without changing their version stamps. Which sweepstakes casinos have not excluded Oklahoma?

Ten casinos whose documents we could read on October 31 do not name Oklahoma as restricted. Two list it as a state they serve.

Stake.us is a special case. Covers and Sweepsy reported on October 15 that Stake.us would stop serving Oklahoma after October 30, and Covers says players can still redeem after that date. We have not seen Stake's notice ourselves, and no Stake.us document we can read names Oklahoma (what that means for Stake Cash). Pulsz Bingo's list has not been edited since June 2025 and still names California and Louisiana as available, so treat it as out of date rather than as a promise. Shuffle.us contradicts itself: its help article lists Oklahoma as accepted, and its Terms and Sweepstakes Rules do not mention the state at all. Its terms do include a general clause for a state that becomes excluded after you register, under which it "may, at our sole discretion, transition Your Customer Account to redemption-only mode".

None of the ten sets an Oklahoma date, wind-down or redemption window.

We could not read current terms for five brands: Moozi, whose content API refused every request; Chanced, whose site answered every request with a bot challenge; LuckyLand Slots, which from our location redirects every legal page to an access-denied screen; and BigPirate and Dorados, which block our region on every path.

What should Oklahoma players with a balance do?

Assume nothing carries over. If you still hold redeemable Sweeps Coins at any of these 33 casinos, request a redemption today, screenshot your balance and the request, and ask support in writing what happens to an Oklahoma account after November 1. A casino whose documents are silent has not promised you anything, including more time. Where is our own data wrong?

Our Crown Coins record lists Oklahoma as excluded, and no Crown Coins document we can read says that. Our NoLimitCoins, Funrize and TaoFortune records do not yet show today's Oklahoma change, our Punt record still lacks the Oklahoma restriction its help centre now lists, and our CoinsBack record points at coinsback.com, a domain that now resolves to a registrar's parking service; the casino runs at coinsbackcasino.com. All of these are queued for correction.
