Which states can't play Funrize?

Section 3.4 of the Funrize Terms of Use, read live on September 20, 2026, bars access outright from 14 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming - the last of which is the state Funrize's own operator is registered in.

A second sentence limits California, Indiana, Maine and Maryland to "Tournament Points mode only". You can register and play in those four, but you earn no redeemable Entries, so there is no way to convert anything you win. We count them as unavailable for real play, which makes 18 states in total.
