Stale, conflicting information is this industry's default. We exist to fix that.
Dead brands still recommended elsewhere. Seven different state-legality lists. Promo codes that expired months ago. SweepsPatrol is a small, independent editorial team that registers, purchases, and redeems at every casino we endorse — and dates every fact we publish.
We list 30 casinos, not 370. If a brand fails testing it doesn't appear with three stars — it doesn't appear at all. Every endorsed brand has been registered, played, purchased at, and redeemed from by a named reviewer.
We publish the full methodology, date every fact, log every change, and maintain the blacklist nobody else keeps honestly.
SweepsPatrol is free. When you visit a casino through our links and register or purchase, we may earn a commission — that funds the testing.
Three commitments: commissions never touch rankings; every monetized page carries a disclosure above the first affiliate link; and if a brand fails our standards we say so, whether or not we have a commercial relationship. Full disclosure →
Every score has two names on it
Author + independent fact-checker on every review, and each editor owns a specific, checkable beat. Full bios and beat links on the team page.
Per our editorial policy: bios claim only work done on this site — no stock headshots, no borrowed credentials, no manufactured experience. Author and fact-checker are never the same person on a money page.
Roles we hire for as we grow
SweepsPatrol is built by a small team that tests everything ourselves. No fake urgency, no phantom openings — if one of these is you, we want to hear from you before a vacancy even opens.
Run test accounts, document redemptions to the hour, screenshot everything. You are the reason our data is right.
Own the freshness system: briefs, internal linking, and the weekly re-verification cadence that is our whole moat.
Track state bills and AG actions; keep the 51-jurisdiction matrix the single correct list in the market.
Moderate real player reviews (FTC 465-compliant), watch Reddit and Trustpilot, run The Weekly Sweep.
Questions, corrections, tips?
Quotable verdict: Three inboxes, three different jobs - send the right one to the right address and you'll get a faster, more useful answer.
We route by topic, not by a single generic form, because a fact error, an operator pitch, and a story tip need three different people looking at them.
corrections@sweepspatrol.com - our favorite email to get
Spotted a stale offer, a wrong redemption figure, an outdated excluded-state list, or a fact we simply got wrong? This is the address. We'd genuinely rather hear about an error than have it sit uncorrected - see our editorial policy for exactly how we verify and log a correction once we have one.
tips@sweepspatrol.com - industry news
A new brand launching, a state bill moving, a shutdown or a payout problem we should know about before it becomes a pattern - send it here. Tips that turn into a blacklist entry or a new review are exactly the kind of email this address exists for.
partners@sweepspatrol.com - for operators
Want your casino reviewed? This is how. We'll register, play, and score it against our published 12-criteria methodology the same way we score every brand already on the site. One thing worth saying plainly: coverage is never paid, and a commercial relationship doesn't buy a better score or a guaranteed listing - see our editorial policy for how that independence is actually enforced.
What we can't help with
We're not a casino, and we can't resolve a dispute with one on your behalf - we don't hold your funds or your account. If a redemption is stuck, the escalation path that actually works is in the complaint-escalation section of our redemption walkthrough, including when it's time to involve Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau, or your state attorney general's office instead.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge every email within 2 business days, corrections fastest of all. Complex questions - legal, or affecting a live ranking - may take longer to resolve properly than to acknowledge; we'd rather answer accurately than fast when those conflict. Curious who's actually reading these emails? Our team page has names, not just job titles.
