Corrections come first
Spotted a stale offer, a wrong redemption figure, an outdated excluded-state list, or a fact we simply got wrong? Choose A correction and tell us the page and the figure - that alone is enough for us to start. We'd rather hear about an error than have it sit uncorrected, and we verify every correction against a primary source before the page changes. What we can't help with
We're not a casino, and we can't resolve a dispute with one on your behalf - we don't hold your funds or your account. We aim to acknowledge every message within 2 business days, corrections fastest of all. Complex questions - legal, or affecting a live ranking - may take longer to resolve properly than to acknowledge; we'd rather answer accurately than fast when those conflict.
