McLuck, PlayFame, Hello Millions, SpinBlitz Bar Oklahoma

  • OCT 15, 2026 - Update: B-Two made a second round of edits between 06:54 and 07:07 UTC on October 15, 2026, after this article was published. SpinBlitz's "Can I play from anywhere?" article now bars Oklahoma and lists 32 served states, so SpinBlitz no longer contradicts itself and our table, bullet and FAQ answer now say so. McLuck corrected both of its counts from 33 to 32 US states, so the loose end we flagged is closed. PlayFame's availability article dropped "and Canada" from its opening line; its Oklahoma entry did not change. We proved each edit by restoring the earlier wording and reproducing the stored pre-edit fingerprint. None of the brands has yet published an Oklahoma cash-out date.

McLuck, PlayFame, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz added Oklahoma to their barred-state lists on October 14, 2026, 18 days before the state's sweepstakes casino ban takes effect, and none of the four has published a cash-out deadline for Oklahoma players' Sweeps Coins.

All four belong to B-Two Operations, and the edits landed in one sitting. Between 20:31 and 20:39 UTC (3:31 to 3:39 pm in Oklahoma) the operator rewrote eight help-centre articles across the four brands. We caught it because our document monitor fingerprints each of those help centres several times a day.

What did McLuck, PlayFame, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz change?

Each brand publishes its excluded states in two places, and those two lists have disagreed before: a "minimum age" article that sets the residency rule, and a "where can I play" article. Here is what moved, using the operator's own edit stamps.

Brand Article Edited (UTC, Oct 14) Oklahoma now
SpinBlitz "What is the minimum age to play at SpinBlitz?" 20:31:47 Barred
PlayFame "What is the minimum age to play at PlayFame?" 20:32:47 Barred
PlayFame "Is PlayFame available in my location?" 20:33:46 Barred
McLuck "How do I 'Refer-a-Friend'?" 20:34:56 Barred
McLuck "Can I play from anywhere?" 20:37:18 Barred
McLuck "What is the minimum age to play at McLuck?" 20:37:53 Barred
Hello Millions "What is the minimum age to play at HelloMillions.com?" 20:38:22 Barred
Hello Millions "Can I play from anywhere?" 20:39:08 Barred

McLuck's minimum-age article now reads that you must be 21 or older "except in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia where we do not offer our services." Hello Millions, SpinBlitz and PlayFame carry the same 18 names in their own minimum-age articles.

Did McLuck and its sister sites change anything besides Oklahoma?

Zendesk publishes no change history, so we tested it. Our monitor stores a content fingerprint of every article before each edit. Taking the text each article serves today and removing the word Oklahoma from the barred list reproduces the stored pre-edit fingerprint exactly for the four minimum-age articles and for PlayFame's availability article. For the two "Can I play from anywhere?" articles, moving Oklahoma back into the list of served states reproduces it too. At Hello Millions that edit also cut the state count from 33 to 32.

So in seven of the eight articles, Oklahoma is the whole edit. The eighth, McLuck's refer-a-friend page, now names Oklahoma as excluded, but we could not reconstruct its earlier text.

One loose end on October 14: McLuck did not fix its counts. Its availability article still said its games were open "in 33 US states and the District of Columbia" while listing 32 by name. Its refer-a-friend article still said "33 US states" while excluding 18. McLuck corrected both to 32 at 06:55 and 06:56 UTC on October 15.

Are SpinBlitz, Jackpota and Mega Bonanza still open in Oklahoma?

As we read their help centres on October 15, 2026, the picture across the group's six brands is not uniform. SpinBlitz contradicted itself until it fixed its second list that morning.

Brand Oklahoma status, October 15, 2026
McLuck Barred in its minimum-age, availability and refer-a-friend articles (Oct 14)
PlayFame Barred in its minimum-age and availability articles (Oct 14)
Hello Millions Barred in its minimum-age and availability articles (Oct 14)
SpinBlitz Barred in its minimum-age article (Oct 14) and in "Can I play from anywhere?" (Oct 15)
Mega Bonanza Barred in its minimum-age article (Oct 5); named in neither list in "Can I play from anywhere?"
Jackpota Listed as available in "Play from anywhere" (Jun 2); not in its Terms' Prohibited Territories (v2.6, Jul 30)
  • SpinBlitz barred Oklahoma on its minimum-age article on October 14. Its "Can I play from anywhere?" article still listed Oklahoma among 33 states where you can play until 06:54 UTC on October 15, when SpinBlitz moved it to the excluded list and cut the count to 32.
  • Jackpota has not moved at all. Its "Play from anywhere" article, last edited June 2, 2026, names Oklahoma as available, and its Terms of Service, version 2.6 dated July 30, 2026, do not name Oklahoma among the Prohibited Territories.
  • Mega Bonanza moved first, on October 5, 2026. Its minimum-age article bars Oklahoma, while its "Can I play from anywhere?" article names Oklahoma in neither the barred nor the served list.

Do McLuck and its sister sites have an Oklahoma cash-out deadline?

No. We searched all six B-Two help centres for "Oklahoma". The only results were the state-list articles above. None mentions balances, redemptions, a wind-down period or a final date. That puts these brands behind Baba Casino, whose Oklahoma Sweeps Coins play and redemptions end after October 20, High 5 Casino, which gave Oklahoma players until October 29, and Modo, which set November 1.

We also do not know whether the edits took effect on the platforms the same day, or what happens to Sweeps Coins already sitting in an Oklahoma account. What changed is the help-centre text. We could not read the four brands' Terms of Service from our location, so we cannot say whether those were changed too.

What should Oklahoma players do now?

Treat the barred list as live. The minimum-age articles now make residency outside these 18 states a condition of play, and none of them carves out existing balances.

  1. Do not buy Gold Coin packages at these four brands from Oklahoma.
  2. If you hold redeemable Sweeps Coins, check your brand's redemption minimum and request a redemption now rather than waiting for November 1, and keep a screenshot of your balance.
  3. If the redemption is refused, ask support in writing what happens to your balance, and keep the reply.

Our step-by-step Sweeps Coins cash-out guide covers verification documents, which are usually what slows a first cash-out. The law itself is Oklahoma's SB 1589, whose Section 2 reads: "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026." Our Oklahoma sweepstakes law page explains what it covers, and our tracker of every operator's Oklahoma position has the rest of the market.
