What is Jackpota's minimum redemption?

Jackpota publishes both floors in its own Sweepstakes Rules, Version 1.9, dated September 9, 2026. Section 6.4 sets the gift-card floor at 10 qualifying Sweeps Coins and section 6.3 sets the cash floor at 75, each redeeming at $1.00 per coin. We read that document on September 15, 2026; earlier versions of this review carried the same two numbers from secondary reporting we couldn't confirm against anything Jackpota had written down.

Do you have to play the 40 SC through first?

Section 6.1 settles the playthrough question we used to flag as unanswered. Sweeps Coins have to be played through in a game at least once before they count toward either minimum, so the 40 SC welcome grant isn't redeemable the moment it lands.

How long does a Jackpota payout take?

Ten days is the operator's own commitment under 6.9, and it sits well outside the 24-72 hour turnaround secondary sources report for this brand. Plan against the published ceiling. The 48-hour gap between requests matters too if you intend to clear a balance in stages, and Florida players carry that separate $5,000 per-play-round limit on top. One clause is worth reading before you walk away from a small balance: under 6.13, asking to close your account while holding fewer than 10 SC forfeits what's in it.

Which states can't play at Jackpota?

Jackpota is unavailable for SC play in 19 states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. That is the operator's own list, re-read from its help center on October 15, 2026, the day Jackpota added Oklahoma ahead of the state's November 1 ban; it has published no cash-out date for Oklahoma balances, and its Terms of Service, version 2.6, have not yet caught up (our report on the six B-Two brands barring Oklahoma). The help center names 31 states plus DC as available, though its headline still says 32. The State Coverage row in the scorecard above lists 18 because it records our earlier testing. Two Jackpota documents state this and they very nearly agree. The Terms of Service "Prohibited Territories" clause names the same states except California, which the help center includes. California has banned the sweepstakes model since January 1, 2026, so the terms page is the one lagging; we use the longer list.
