What's the difference between McLuck and Hello Millions?
Loyalty & VIP - the biggest single gap on this page. Hello Millions has no VIP or loyalty program at all - confirmed absent, not a reporting gap - which is why it scores just 3.0, the lowest mark either brand posts anywhere in our model. McLuck's "Loyalty Club" isn't independently verified in detail either, but it exists, landing at 6.0.
Mobile. McLuck ships dedicated iOS and Android apps (8.5). Hello Millions ships on Android only: B2Services, the same Google Play account that publishes McLuck, lists HelloMillions: Casino Games there, and there is no iOS app, where the only App Store listing using the name belongs to an unrelated company. Its 6.0 is our July 2026 testing output, recorded when we had it as mobile-browser-only, and we do not rewrite it to match later checks. On Android the gap is smaller than the score suggests; on an iPhone it is exactly as wide, since Hello Millions there means a bookmarked browser tab. Design - the honest trade-off. Hello Millions' comic-book art direction is a genuine, distinct visual identity, and it's the reason the brand holds our Best Fresh Design badge. But our numeric User Experience score treats the two brands as tied at 8.0 each, since "looks different" and "functions well" are graded separately in our model - a fresh look doesn't automatically move this number.
Reputation. Hello Millions actually edges McLuck here, 8.0 to 7.5 - a 4.3/5 score across 4,355 reviews versus McLuck's 4.0–4.1/5 across roughly 9,500. Proportionally more positive, even with less raw volume behind it.
Everything genuinely tied. Trust & Safety, Game Library, Redemption, State Coverage, User Experience, Customer Support, and Responsible Gaming all score identically between the two - a reminder that shared B-Two infrastructure means shared strengths and shared limits on state coverage (both exclude the same 16 states) and games (both around 1,000–1,500 titles).
