Which states can't play Mega Bonanza?
Mega Bonanza's exclusion list runs to 19 states: AL, CA, CT, DE, ID, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OK, TN, WA, WV. That is the operator's own list. Oklahoma is the newest: Mega Bonanza's minimum-age article has barred it since October 5, 2026, ahead of the state's November 1 ban, while its "Can I play from anywhere?" article still says 32 states plus DC, names only 31, and leaves Oklahoma out of both lists (how Mega Bonanza and its sister brands barred Oklahoma). Who owns and operates Mega Bonanza?
The operator picture has an answer now, and it is not the one this review carried for months. Mega Bonanza's own Terms of Service name LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company registered as 021860V with its registered office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, as the party you contract and arbitrate against. The strings "B-Two" and "B2Services" do not appear in that document at all, so LuminaryPlay is not an aggregator's guess to be weighed against the brand's company profile - it is the name in the contract.
Two limits on that, both worth stating. We read the terms in an archived capture dated May 18, 2026 rather than on the live site, which returns HTTP 403 to every request we make, and this group reuses one version string across brands - McLuck's terms are also "Version 2.6", dated six months later - so a more recent Mega Bonanza rewrite could carry the same label we are quoting and we would not be able to tell. What makes the name current rather than historic is Apple: it listed the same company as the seller of the iOS app when we read the listing on September 26, 2026, on a build released two days earlier. The B-Two connection is real but narrower than this page implied. What links Mega Bonanza to McLuck, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz is one registered office: McLuck's terms name B-Two Operations Limited at that same Douglas address, Jackpota's name Silver Social Operations Limited there too, and each company carries its own registration number. None of the three documents mentions the other two. Is there a Mega Bonanza app?
The app question is now settled in one direction: MegaBonanza - Slot Games is live on the App Store under LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, rated 4.8 from 4,490 ratings and updated on September 24, 2026, with no Android build. Has Mega Bonanza been sued?
On litigation, the honest answer is a two-parter, and the operator finding above sharpens it: an arbitration agreement runs against the company named in it, which for Mega Bonanza is LuminaryPlay Operations Limited. No case names either Mega Bonanza or LuminaryPlay. But B-Two Operations Limited, the company at the same Douglas address that fronts McLuck, was the sole defendant in two federal class actions brought over sister brand SpinBlitz - Stewart in Illinois, filed Oct 21, 2025, and Roberts in New York, filed Dec 3, 2025. Both argued the "social casino" label masks unlicensed gambling, and both ended without a court ever reaching that question: Roberts by an order dismissing the case on Apr 29, 2026, Stewart when the plaintiff withdrew and the court dismissed it without prejudice on May 11, 2026, after B-Two moved to compel individual arbitration. A cease-and-desist letter is a regulator's demand to stop, not a finding of wrongdoing.
