Who Owns Mega Bonanza? Terms Name LuminaryPlay, Not B-Two

Mega Bonanza's own Terms of Service name LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company registered as 021860V, as the party a player contracts with and arbitrates against. The names "B-Two" and "B2Services" do not appear in that document at all. LuminaryPlay's registered office is the same Douglas address that Jackpota's and McLuck's terms give for two other companies, and on paper that address is the only thing tying the three brands together.

On September 19 we reported that Jackpota's terms name Silver Social Operations Limited rather than B-Two, and that four sibling brands ship their apps under four different seller names. That piece had to stop short on Mega Bonanza: its site returns HTTP 403 to every request we make, its 33 help-centre articles name no company at all, and Apple's seller field was the only readable answer. A store listing names a developer account, not a contracting party. The contract is the thing that decides who you would be filing against, and we did not have it.

We have it now, from an archived capture rather than the live site, and we say which because the distinction matters.

What does Mega Bonanza's contract actually say?

It names LuminaryPlay Operations Limited twice: once in the operative clause, once in the footer.

The document is headed "TERMS OF SERVICE Version 2.6" and carries the notice "These Terms of Service have been updated as of January 26 2026, and shall supersede and replace all prior Terms of Service." The counterparty clause reads: these Terms "and the Arbitration Agreement (see SECTION 16) form binding agreements between you ('You,' or 'User,') and LuminaryPlay Operations Limited('Mega Bonanza,' the 'Company,' 'Us, or 'We')". The missing space before the bracket is the operator's, not ours.

The footer on the same page adds the registry detail: "MegaBonanza.com is owned and operated by LuminaryPlay Operations Limited a company registered in the Isle of Man with registration 021860V and registered office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle Of Man."

The strings "B2Services", "B-Two" and "Curaçao" do not appear once in the document. That is a count run against the full text of the page, not an impression of it.

Three limits on this. The capture is dated May 18, 2026 and is the most recent one the Internet Archive holds for that page, so it is four months old and we cannot show you today's wording. It is a copy of the operator's page rather than the page itself. And the version number is no help in judging how stale it is, because this group reuses one: the captured Mega Bonanza document is "Version 2.6" dated January 26 2026, McLuck's is "Version 2.6" dated 15 July 2026, and Jackpota's live page is "Version 2.6" dated July 30 2026. One version string, three different dates, so a later Mega Bonanza rewrite could carry the same 2.6 we are quoting and we would not be able to tell from the label. What makes the name current rather than historic is Apple, which published the same company as the seller of the Mega Bonanza iOS app when we read the listing on September 26, on a build released two days earlier.

What connects Mega Bonanza, McLuck and Jackpota?

One address, three companies, and three different registration numbers.

Three separate companies, three separate numbers, one registered office, and every cell of that table comes from the brands' own terms rather than from an aggregator or a register. We could not reach the Isle of Man companies registry, which rejects our requests, so the numbers are reported as the operators publish them and have not been checked against the register itself.

None of the three documents mentions the other two. A player reading Mega Bonanza's terms has nothing in front of them that connects the site to McLuck, Hello Millions or any other brand. The shared address is the connection, and it is only visible if you read all three.

Why do McLuck's two documents give different addresses?

Because one of them has not been touched since 2024.

Two brands in this family publish both addresses at once, for the same company, in documents that carry dates two years apart:

Every row names B-Two Operations Limited, and McLuck's two documents give the same registration number, 021483V, against two different offices. McLuck's terms are the September 23 capture, and the edit stamps in that last column are Zendesk's record of when each help-centre article's body last changed.

The plain reading is a group that moved its registered office and updated the contracts but not the support pages. It is not that these help centres are frozen: in August four of the six brands rewrote their account rules, and we reported it at the time. The two articles that name the company are the ones nobody went back to. It also explains a detail from last week's piece that we could not account for at the time: Jackpota's home page gave the North Quay address against the Silver Social company number while its terms gave Hope Street. Both addresses are in circulation across this group's sites, and the terms are the fresher of the two everywhere we checked.

Which address is current we cannot confirm without the register. What we can say is which document says what, and that the contract and the help centre disagree at two of these brands.

Does this change anything for a Mega Bonanza player?

Not what the site pays or which states it takes. It changes the name on the notice.

Section 16 of these terms is an arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver, the standard shape across this market and the subject of our note on the 30-day opt-out window. An arbitration agreement runs against the legal person named in it. For Mega Bonanza that is LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, and the two federal class actions this group has faced were captioned against B-Two Operations Limited over a different brand, which our B-Two Operations profile sets out in full.

It also corrects our own pages, and we would rather say which. Our Mega Bonanza review says the brand's own company profile places it inside B-Two Operations Limited, treats "Luminaryplay Operation Limited" as a name only an independent aggregator gives, and tells readers to check the brand's own footer and terms before trusting either. We have now read both, on the same page. They name LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, and "B-Two" does not appear anywhere in that document. That wording is live in eight places as we publish: four on the review, two on its promo code page, one on our ranked list and one on the B-Two operator profile. All eight are queued to be corrected to the name in the contract, and we have flagged them rather than quietly leaving the older attribution in place.

Nothing here moves a score. Our 12-criteria method measures what a brand offers a player, and the rankings are not adjusted for corporate structure.

Three of the four terms documents are archived captures because the live sites refuse our requests; the capture date is given each time and Jackpota's alone was read live. The company numbers and addresses are the operators' own and are unverified against the Isle of Man register, which blocks us. This is our first read of Mega Bonanza's contract rather than a change we watched the operator make, and we make no claim about when LuminaryPlay Operations Limited took the brand on. We have not put questions to LuminaryPlay Operations Limited.
