Who Owns Jackpota? Terms Name Silver Social, Not B-Two

Jackpota's own Terms of Service, version 2.6, say your binding agreement and your arbitration agreement are with Silver Social Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company registered as 021651V, and not the B-Two Operations Limited that its sibling brands McLuck, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz name in their help centres. Apple publishes four different seller names across the group's apps: B2Services OU for McLuck, B2S Services Limited for PlayFame, LuminaryPlay Operations Limited for Mega Bonanza and Silver Social Operations Limited for Jackpota. All four apps were updated inside one 12-minute window on September 7, 2026.

We read the four App Store listings, Jackpota's live site and all six brands' help centres on September 19, 2026, using the same document-first method we apply to every operator. Nothing here is an allegation of wrongdoing. Running brands through separate companies is ordinary corporate practice and it is not against any law we know of. It matters to a player for one narrow reason: the company named in the terms is the counterparty you would have to bring a claim against, and at this group the name in that slot now differs by brand.

One limit on what a store record proves. A seller name is the name on a developer account, not a certified company register entry, so four different names are not by themselves four separate legal entities. We can confirm the names differ and that one of them, Silver Social Operations Limited, is also the company Jackpota's own contract names. We cannot confirm from Apple alone whether B2Services OU and B2S Services Limited are one company or two, and we have not put that question to the operator.

Which company does each brand say owns it?

Part of this map is not new, and we should say which part. We reported the help-centre split in August, when four of the six brands rewrote their account rules and the rewrite crossed the line between the Estonian-fronted brand and the Isle of Man ones. Yesterday's piece on Chumba's app and entity paperwork published McLuck's Apple seller name in passing. What is new today is the other three store records, the September 7 release train, and Jackpota's live Terms of Service, which name a company that until now appeared nowhere on this site.

The group's help centres carry a short article, headed "Who is B2Services?" at McLuck and "Who is B2Service?" at three of the others, that names the owner outright. It has not been edited since 2024, and it does not cover every brand. That is the opposite of the pattern we found at Mamba Limited, where eight casinos publish one byte-identical rulebook under a single named company.

The McLuck article is the clearest of them: "McLuck.com is owned and operated by B-Two Operations Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man with registration number 021483V and registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE. B2 Services OÜ company number 16579410 is the payment services agent". Hello Millions and SpinBlitz publish the same sentence with their own domain swapped in. Play Fame's version replaces the owner entirely: "PlayFame.com is owned and operated by B2Services OÜ, incorporated in Estonia, European Union with registration number 16579410 and registered office at Tornimae 5, 10145, Tallinn 10145."

Mega Bonanza and Jackpota publish no such article at all. Across the 33 Mega Bonanza and 35 Jackpota help articles we pulled, no corporate entity is named once.

What do Jackpota's terms actually say?

Jackpota is the only one of the six whose website answers a plain request from our location. The other five return HTTP 403 to everything, which is why their help centres are the readable document and their websites are not.

Its Terms of Service, headed "Version 2.6" and "updated as of July 30 2026", open by naming the counterparty: these Terms "and the Arbitration Agreement (see Section 16) form binding agreements between you ("You," or "User,") and Silver Social Operations Limited ("Jackpota," the "Company," "Us, or "We")". The privacy policy on the same site repeats it: "This website is owned and operated by Silver Social Operations Limited ("Silver")."

Section 16 is the part that gives this practical weight. Most of this market routes disputes to individual arbitration rather than a court, which is the subject of our note on the 30-day arbitration opt-out window. If you ever use it at Jackpota, the name on the notice is Silver Social Operations Limited, Isle of Man company 021651V, and not the B-Two Operations Limited, company 021483V, that its sibling brands name.

One smaller inconsistency sits inside Jackpota's own site. The footer on its terms, privacy and about pages gives the registered office as "Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man". The footer on its home page gives the same company and the same registration number at "Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE" - which is the address McLuck publishes for B-Two Operations Limited. Two addresses for one company number, on one website, on the same day.

Why does the App Store listing matter?

Because it is the one document in this set that nobody at the operator writes as marketing copy. Apple publishes a seller name for the developer account that ships each app, and it is the name that shows on the listing and on a purchase receipt. The four listings also share a bundle identifier convention that tracks the split: com.mcluck.app, com.playfame.app and com.megabonanza.app, but com.jackpota.app.silversocial. The Jackpota app is the only one of the four carrying its company in the identifier.

Two of the four store listings add detail their own help centres leave out. Play Fame's description says "the contests and promotional activities accessible via the PlayFame app are solely sponsored and managed by B2Services OÜ", which is consistent with its help centre and not with the B2S Services Limited name Apple puts on the seller line. McLuck's is the only one of the four that publishes a seller website link.

The timing is the last piece. The four updates landed at 08:14:24, 08:15:21, 08:24:41 and 08:26:19 UTC on September 7, 2026 - one release train, twelve minutes end to end, four different companies of record.

What are we correcting on our own pages?

Two things, and we would rather say so than leave them. Both are on one of our operator group pages.

Our B-Two Operations operator page says Jackpota and Play Fame "both list their operator as B2Services OÜ directly, under a Curaçao e-gaming license". Half of that no longer holds, and it does not hold in one place only: the page repeats the claim four times, in its brand list, in its ownership section, in its verdict, which calls Jackpota and Play Fame "the two Estonia-fronted brands", and in its FAQ answer to "Is McLuck the same company as Jackpota?". Jackpota's live footer, terms and privacy policy all name Silver Social Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company with a different registration number, and we found no reference to a Curaçao licence anywhere on Jackpota's site or in any of the six help centres we read. Play Fame's half stands: its help centre does name B2Services OÜ. All four passages need correcting for Jackpota.

The same page flags Mega Bonanza's operator attribution as an open question, noting that one source named "Luminaryplay Operation Limited" and telling readers to verify against the brand's own footer before treating either as final. Its own footer is still unreadable from here, but Apple now publishes LuminaryPlay Operations Limited as the seller of the Mega Bonanza app, which is a primary source on that question and did not exist when the page was written.

Does this change which of the six you should pick?

No. None of this changes what these brands pay, which states they take or how they scored. The group's paperwork has disagreed with itself before: McLuck and PlayFame published conflicting state lists in August, and McLuck then produced a third list that dropped Tennessee.

What it does change is the answer to "who am I actually dealing with", and the honest answer is that it depends which of the six you signed up for. How verification and account paperwork works is the other place that name shows up.
