High 5 Casino Leaves Oklahoma: Redeem Sweeps Coins by Oct 29

By SweepsPatrol News Desk · Automated research pipeline, editor spot-audited · Last verified OCT 14, 2026

High 5 Casino will shut its sweepstakes platform to Oklahoma players on October 29, 2026, and has already stopped new sign-ups and purchases from the state, so Oklahoma players have until October 29 to play through and redeem their Sweeps Coins.

The notice went up today. High 5 rewrote both of its rulebooks on October 14: the Terms of Use are now version 46.0 and the Sweepstakes Official Rules version 44.0, and each now opens with a capitalised "special notice to players located in the state of Oklahoma". The site's own page index stamps the rules at 14:00 UTC and the terms at 14:03 UTC.

That makes High 5 the first of the 15 casinos whose documents we have been tracking for Oklahoma to put a cash-out date in writing. When we last re-read all 15 on October 11, none had. The only other operator we have found with a date, Modo, sits outside that set and gave Oklahoma players until November 1.

What exactly did High 5 Casino announce for Oklahoma?

The Terms of Use notice reads: "As of October 29, 2026 it will no longer be offering its sweepstakes gaming platform to participants located in the state. As of October 15, 2026, participants located in the state will no longer be able to register new accounts for High 5 Casino and existing players will no longer be able to make purchases on the platform. Player's with existing accounts will be able to continue to play and redeem Sweeps Coins until October 29, 2026. On and after October 29, 2026, all participants (whether a resident or a non-resident located in the state) will not be able to access the High 5 Casino while located in the state."

The Sweepstakes Official Rules carry the same notice word for word, with one difference: the rules put the sign-up and purchase cut at October 14, not October 15. High 5 has not said which date is right. If you are in Oklahoma, assume purchases stopped today.

"Until October 29" and "on and after October 29" overlap by a day. The safe reading is that October 28 is your last full day.

Neither document adds Oklahoma to its list of restricted states. Clause 3.1.4 of the terms and clause 2.1 of the rules still name the same 21 states, from Arizona to West Virginia, with Oklahoma not among them. The exit lives in the notice, not the list.

How long does High 5 give players to cash out?

About two weeks, the same runway High 5 gave in its two earlier state-exit notices this year. Those notices, for Maine, Indiana and Iowa, where High 5 ended play and cash-outs on June 30, sat in version 45.0 of the terms, dated June 26, 2026, and today's rewrite removed them. VGW's state exits, by comparison, ran from 14 to 57 days of cash-out time.

State Purchases and sign-ups stop Play and redemptions end Runway
Indiana and Iowa June 16, 2026 June 30, 2026 14 days
Maine June 26, 2026 July 10, 2026 14 days
Oklahoma October 14 or 15, 2026 October 29, 2026 14 to 15 days

The Maine notice was dated June 26, the same day its purchase cut took effect, and the Oklahoma rules notice went up on the day of the cut it announces. A runway after the cut is not the same thing as warning before it, and neither document is evidence of advance warning.

Inside that window, High 5's one-per-48-hours redemption throttle and the rest of its own rules set the pace. According to the Sweepstakes Rules:

  • One request every 48 hours. "We will only process one prize redemption request per user account in any forty-eight (48) hour period." The only redemption cap in the rules is a $5,000 limit for Florida, so one request can cover your whole eligible balance. The 48-hour gap only bites if you keep playing after your first request and win more.
  • Minimums: 100 Sweeps Coins for a cash prize and 50 for a non-cash prize, at 1 SC to $1.
  • Play-through: Sweeps Coins "must be used at least once in a Sweeps Coins game" before they count toward a redemption.
  • Processing: "in some circumstances it may take up to ten (10) days to process a Prize redemption", and redemptions of $2,000 or more in a calendar year may take longer and require your Social Security number.

High 5 does not say whether a request submitted before October 29 but still processing after it will be paid. With up to ten days of processing allowed, a request made in the final week could still be open when access ends.

What happens to Sweeps Coins left after October 29?

High 5 has not said, and its standing terms point the wrong way for players. Clause 2.4 of the Terms of Use reads: "All Virtual Coins under this License may be forfeited if Your User Account is suspended or terminated for any reason, in Our sole and absolute discretion or if the Services are no longer available." The Oklahoma notice sets no expiry rule of its own, so that clause is the only written answer.

Gold Coin play is also unclear. High 5 runs a separate Gold Coins only "H5C Classic Platform", and Oklahoma is not one of the four states barred from it. But the notice says that from October 29 players in the state "will not be able to access the High 5 Casino", without carving the Classic platform out. If you only play with Gold Coins, do not assume access survives.

Why is High 5 leaving three days before the ban?

Oklahoma's ban starts November 1. Section 2 of the enrolled SB 1589 reads: "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026." High 5 has given no reason for choosing October 29, and the notice cites no law. Our Oklahoma state page covers what the statute makes illegal.

The same company has not yet done the same on its second brand. Lucky Bits Vegas is run by High 5's operator, and its Terms of Use (version 17.0) and Sweepstakes Rules (version 15.0), both still dated June 26, 2026 when we read them today, carry exit notices for Maine, Indiana and Iowa and no Oklahoma notice at all.

What should Oklahoma players at High 5 do now?

  1. Finish identity verification first. High 5's rules warn that redemptions "may experience delays due to our identity verification process".
  2. Play through any unplayed Sweeps Coins once so they become eligible.
  3. Redeem your whole eligible balance in one request, now. Outside Florida there is no cap, and the earlier you file, the more of the ten-day processing allowance falls before October 29.
  4. Keep a record. Save your Sweeps Coins balance and every redemption confirmation, because the notice does not say what happens to coins or requests still open on October 29.

Our guide to cashing out Sweeps Coins covers payout methods and timing. Our High 5 Casino review lists the same 21 excluded states as High 5's own terms, without Oklahoma, and will need updating when access ends on October 29. If you live outside Oklahoma, our ranked list of sweepstakes casinos shows where access is stable.

All High 5 and Lucky Bits documents were read on October 14, 2026, and quotations from the capitalised notice are reproduced in sentence case. The Maine, Indiana and Iowa dates come from version 45.0 of High 5's Terms of Use, dated June 26, 2026, as stored by our document monitor before today's rewrite. When is the last day to redeem High 5 Sweeps Coins in Oklahoma?
