Zula Casino, Sportzino Bar Oklahoma Sweeps Coin Redemption

By SweepsPatrol News Desk · Automated research pipeline, editor spot-audited · Last verified OCT 28, 2026

Zula Casino and Sportzino players in Oklahoma can no longer redeem Sweeps Coins under the operators' own rules: new versions of both Sweepstakes Rules, dated October 27, 2026, put Oklahoma outside the territory where coins can be cashed, five days before the state's November 1 ban, with no cash-out window.

Oklahoma's sweepstakes ban takes effect on that date. We have found no announcement from either brand. Each one added a single word, "Oklahoma", to the definition that decides where Sweeps Coins can be played and redeemed. That is the same edit, made on the same day, that Fortune Wins made to its own rules. Zula and Sportzino run through sister Delaware entities in the Blazesoft/PriorityPlay group, and a Baltimore court filing ties Fortune Wins' operator to Blazesoft too (who runs the three brands).

What did Zula Casino and Sportzino change?

We compared the live rulebooks with the previous versions held by the Internet Archive, captured on September 5, 2026. In both cases the only change a player would notice is Oklahoma.

Zula Casino Sweepstakes Rules version 2.7, dated October 27, 2026, clause 1.1.8 now reads:

"The Sweepstakes Permitted Territory includes the United States (other than the states of Idaho, Michigan, Delaware, New York, Washington, Nevada, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Illinois, Tennessee, Connecticut, Indiana, Maine, New Jersey , and Montana)."

Version 2.6, dated August 28, carried the same list without Oklahoma. Zula's count goes from 15 states to 16.

Sportzino Sweepstakes Rules version 2.5, also dated October 27, makes the same addition to its own clause 1.1.8, which now excludes "Idaho, Georgia, New York, Michigan, Washington, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma , Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, New Jersey and Montana". Version 2.4, dated August 12, did not name Oklahoma. It also marked Louisiana "(Effective from July 24, 2026)", and the new version drops that note. Sportzino goes from 16 states to 17. Apart from these lines, the rest of each diff is PDF spacing.

Brand Previous rules New rules States outside redemption territory Oklahoma?
Zula Casino v2.6, Aug 28, 2026 v2.7, Oct 27, 2026 15 → 16 Added
Sportzino v2.4, Aug 12, 2026 v2.5, Oct 27, 2026 16 → 17 Added
Fortune Wins v4.7, Aug 13, 2026 v4.8, Oct 27, 2026 15 → 16 Added

The operators' rulebooks are our only source for the change. We have not seen a player notice from either brand.

Can Oklahoma players still cash out Zula or Sportzino Sweeps Coins?

As written, no. Clause 5.12 is identical in both rulebooks and did not change between versions:

"If you are not from a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory and have won and/or accumulated Sweeps Coins, you will not be eligible for redemption of Sweeps Coins."

Until October 27 that clause did not reach Oklahoma. Now it does, and it carries no date and no grace period. Clause 3.2.4, the free mail-in route for 5 Sweeps Coins, is "available only in Sweepstakes Permitted Territories", so that has closed for the state as well.

Signing up has not closed on paper. Zula's Terms & Conditions, version 2.4 dated July 31, 2026, define the Excluded Territory where you cannot hold an account as "Washington, Idaho, California, New York, and Michigan". Sportzino's Terms, version 2.2 dated June 24, 2026, also omit Oklahoma. Neither brand's Participant Eligibility Requirements, both dated June 24, mention the state at all. That leaves Oklahoma in the same signup-yes, redeem-no gap we found for ten other states at each brand. You can register, buy Gold Coin packages that come with Sweeps Coins and play, but the rules give you no way to redeem.

We cannot tell you how either brand will treat an Oklahoma balance in practice, or whether redemptions already submitted before October 27 will be paid. The documents don't say.

Did other casinos on the same platform change their rules too?

Yes. Four smaller brands that serve their rulebooks from the same document system also published Sweepstakes Rules dated October 27, 2026, and all four now list Oklahoma outside the permitted territory: Yay Casino (version 2.2, operator Social Gaming LLC, the same entity named in Fortune Wins' terms), American Luck (version 1.7), WinBonanza (version 1.3) and Reel Zappy (version 1.3), the last three naming SGSE LLC. We do not rank or review these four, and we have no earlier copy of their rules, so we can say only that they list Oklahoma now, not when it was added.

Of the 15 brands in our Oklahoma operator tracker, 12 have now barred the state, limited it to Gold Coins or set an exit date. The other three, Pulsz Bingo, WOW Vegas and Crown Coins, had not excluded Oklahoma from Sweeps Coins play at our October 20 re-read. High 5 Casino is still the only tracked brand with a date: it leaves on October 29.

The law did not set October 27. Section 2 of the enrolled SB 1589, which we pulled from the Legislature's server today, reads: "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026." Our read of the SB 1589 text covers what it outlaws.

What should Oklahoma players with a Zula or Sportzino balance do?

  1. Submit a redemption request now and keep the confirmation. The redemption minimum is 50 Sweeps Coins (clause 5.3, "per day" at Zula and "per redeem request" at Sportzino). Whether the operator pays it is how you find out how it reads clause 5.12 for coins won before October 27. Our guide to redeeming Sweeps Coins covers the mechanics.
  2. Ask support in writing whether an Oklahoma balance held before October 27 can still be redeemed.
  3. Clear verification early. Clause 6.1 in both rulebooks says verification "may take up to one (1) month after receiving all requested documents". See how account verification works.
  4. Stop buying. Sweeps Coins bundled with a purchase cannot be redeemed from Oklahoma under the current text.
  5. Log in. Clause 9.2 forfeits Sweeps Coins 60 days after your last login, so a disputed balance does not have to expire while you wait for an answer.

Which SweepsPatrol pages did this change?

Three of our pages were wrong as of this morning. Our Oklahoma state page and operator tracker both listed Zula and Sportzino as not excluding the state, and their reviews counted 15 and 16 excluded states. We corrected all of them today. FAQ

Is Zula Casino still available in Oklahoma?

Its Terms still allow Oklahoma accounts, because they block signup in only five states. Its Sweepstakes Rules v2.7, dated October 27, 2026, take Oklahoma out of the territory where Sweeps Coins can be redeemed.

Is Sportzino leaving Oklahoma?

Its Sweepstakes Rules v2.5, dated October 27, 2026, exclude Oklahoma from Sweeps Coins play and redemption. We have found no announcement or exit date.

Did Zula or Sportzino set a cash-out deadline for Oklahoma?

Not in any document we could read. Clause 5.12 makes Sweeps Coins held outside the permitted territory ineligible for redemption, with no date attached.
