Who owns Sportzino and Zula Casino? Two separate Delaware-registered LLCs - SSPS LLC and SCPS LLC - both operating under the Blazesoft/PriorityPlay group, which also claims a hand in the recently renamed Fortune Wins. This is one of the more fragmented ownership pictures in our directory: three of our best-performing brands by Trustpilot score, run through three differently-named legal entities under one commercial umbrella.

The company

Blazesoft, operating its US sweepstakes brands under the group name PriorityPlay, structures each brand as its own legal entity rather than running everything through one holding company. Sportzino is operated by SSPS LLC, a Delaware entity registered at 850 New Burton Rd, Suite 201, Dover, DE. Zula Casino runs through a sister entity, SCPS LLC, with operations reportedly based in Concord, Ontario. Fortune Wins (the April 7, 2026 rebrand of Fortune Coins) carries conflicting attribution in our research - one set of sources names Social Gaming LLC as operator, another says it was "launched in March 2022 by Blazesoft Ltd" directly. We're flagging that conflict rather than picking a side; check Fortune Wins' own footer before treating either as final. Blazesoft Ltd's own headquarters location wasn't confirmed in the sources we checked.

That's three of the strongest reputation scores in our entire database, all under one commercial group.

The documented bad

Sportzino and Zula Casino were both named directly in the Illinois Gaming Board's February 5, 2026 cease-and-desist action, part of the 65-operator sweep. Fortune Coins was named in the same wave. More notably, all three brands - Sportzino, Zula Casino, and Fortune Coins - are named together in a single class-action lawsuit alleging that the dual-currency sweepstakes model itself constitutes illegal gambling. That's a materially different exposure than a brand facing an isolated complaint: it's the same plaintiffs' theory applied across the whole group at once. Layer on Fortune Wins' unresolved operator-attribution question, and this is a group where the paperwork is messier than the player-facing product suggests.

Should you trust Blazesoft's casinos?

On pure player sentiment, yes - these are three of the highest-rated brands we track, and nothing in our research suggests players are being shortchanged on redemptions. The legal exposure is real but shared and thesis-driven (the class action targets the sweepstakes model broadly, not brand-specific misconduct), which is a different risk profile than, say, a redemption-non-payment complaint pattern. None of the three sit on our blacklist of closed or exit-scam brands. We'd still want the Fortune Wins operator question resolved before calling this group fully transparent.
