Fortune Wins Review (October 2026): Tested on 12 Criteria

By Marcus Hale · Fact-checked by Dana Whitfield✓ VERIFIED OCT 28, 2026

Verdict in one line: Fortune Wins is Fortune Coins renamed - same accounts, same library, a $50 redemption floor, and eleven states that can play but never cash out.

The scorecard

12 weighted criteria · same weights for every brand, paid or not · these are the measurements; the number on the dial is where this brand sits on our list · how we rate →

Trust & Safety 15%6.5
The operator behind Fortune Wins is inconsistently reported - some sources cite Social Gaming LLC, others cite Blazesoft Ltd, and headquarters weren't confirmed in our research. Combined with a brand-new name still carrying its old Android package ID, we'd call public transparency here a real weak point, though we found no litigation naming the brand
Bonuses & Free Coins 12%9.0
One of the largest headline Gold Coin welcomes in the entire vertical - pre-rebrand marketing cited up to 20,000,000 GC + $50 in Fortune Coins; post-rebrand marketing claims a tripled bundle. Treat any specific figure as volatile and verify live
Game Library 12%8.0
2,000+ games claimed post-rebrand, carried over from the legacy Fortune Coins library
Redemption Speed & Limits 12%7.0
1-3 days reported; exact SC minimums for gift card or cash weren't published in sources we found - verify in-app
Payout Value 10%8.0
The sheer size of the Gold Coin welcome bundle is the standout value story here
State Coverage 8%7.5
Fortune Wins' official T&C lists only 3 excluded states (WA, MI, ID) plus Ontario/Quebec - one of the narrowest official lists we found. But independent sources describe a much broader practical list - see States & eligibility below
User Experience 8%7.5
Standard, functional lobby carried over from the legacy brand; no major complaints found on this dimension specifically
Mobile 6%7.5
An Android app is confirmed (still showing the legacy `com.sgllc.fortunecoins` package ID); iOS app status wasn't confirmed in our research
Customer Support 6%6.5
Some post-rebrand reviewer complaints reference slower customer service since the Fortune Coins-to-Fortune Wins transition
Player Reputation 6%8.5
Post-rebrand Trustpilot sits at 4.5/5 across 18,300 reviews; the legacy Fortune Coins brand held 4.7/5 over 10,000+ reviews and reportedly answered 99% of negative reviews within two days
Loyalty & VIP 3%6.5
A tiered program exists but is reported as changed post-rebrand; some reviewers describe the change as a downgrade
Responsible Gaming 2%7.0
Standard tools; nothing brand-specific beyond the norm found

Welcome offer & bonuses

First, a framing note: Fortune Wins is not a new brand. The former Fortune Coins platform was retired on April 7, 2026 and relaunched under this name - same login credentials, same accounts, same game library carried over. It's a rename, not a shutdown or a new company; the Android app's package ID (com.sgllc.fortunecoins) still shows the old branding as a backend artifact, a small sign of how recent the switch is. If you played Fortune Coins before, you don't need a new account here.

The welcome Fortune Wins advertises today is up to 3,000,000 GC + 3,000 Fortune Coins + 20 free spins, no purchase needed. The 20,000,000 GC figure older reviews still quote, ours included until October 2026, belongs to Fortune Coins before the rebrand. Read the FC half at the operator's own rate: clause 4.4 of the Sweeps Rules pays $1 per 100 FC, so 3,000 FC is $30, short of the 5,000 FC redemption floor below. It is also an "up to" figure: the sign-up pop-up says offers "may vary by jurisdiction", and the FAQ on the brand's own promotions page quotes a smaller "up to 360,000 GC and 1,000 FC", so confirm what actually lands in your account. There's no separate Fortune Wins promo code to track down - the current welcome offer applies automatically at signup, no code required. The free mail-in route is documented here rather than assumed: clause 3.2.4 of the Sweeps Rules credits 500 FC per approved handwritten request, one request per envelope, posted from the state registered to your account to a PO box in Thornhill, Ontario - so a US player pays international postage, not a domestic stamp. Two numbers a non-customer can't read, though. Fortune Wins deleted the 10-minute Mail Code interval from its Sweeps Rules and moved that wait behind a login, and it publishes no crediting deadline at all, where eight of the nine rival help centres we read say up to three months. See our Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins guide if the two-currency system is new to you, our bonuses-explained guide if you want the mechanics behind Fortune Wins' free coins spelled out before you claim them, or the free Sweeps Coins tracker for every no-purchase route live this month.

Games & software

Fortune Wins claims 2,000+ games post-rebrand, carried over from the legacy Fortune Coins library. Provider mix is described only as "mixed" in the sources we checked - no itemized studio list has surfaced since the rename, a real gap next to rivals that name every provider outright. See our slots guide for how a library this size typically compares across the vertical, or our best sweepstakes slots rankings for the current field-wide leaderboard.

Redemption reality check

What is the Fortune Wins minimum redemption?

The minimum is 5,000 FC a day, worth $50. Earlier versions of this review recorded it as unpublished, which was wrong: Fortune Wins puts the figure in its Sweeps Rules rather than its terms of service, and clause 5.5 states plainly that "you may redeem a minimum of 5000 FC per day." Clause 4.4 prices what you have won at $1 per 100 FC, which is what turns that floor into $50. Version 4.7 of those rules is dated August 13, 2026.

That is a high floor for this category. McLuck will send a gift card at 10 SC, and High 5 Casino at 50 - our comparison of five published redemption rulebooks puts the numbers side by side. Fortune Wins has no cheaper gift-card tier to drop down to, because it does not run one: the rules name Visa virtual cards and cash payments as the prize types, so $50 is the floor whichever you pick.

Fortune Wins redemption rule Figure Where it is written
Minimum per day 5,000 FC, worth $50 Sweeps Rules clause 5.5
Conversion rate $1 per 100 FC clause 4.4
Maximum per day 955,000 FC, worth $9,550 clause 5.15
Florida cap on a single spin or play 490,000 FC, worth $4,900 clause 5.14
Requests per account 1 per 24 hours, at the operator's discretion clause 5.8
Processing commitment "as soon as practicable" (players report 1-3 days) clause 5.7
Prize types Visa virtual card or cash - no gift-card tier Sweeps Rules

Two ceilings sit above it. Clause 5.15 caps requests at 955,000 FC a day, or $9,550, and clause 5.14 adds a Florida-only limit of 490,000 FC, or $4,900, on a prize won in any single spin or play. Requests are held to one per account per 24 hours, though clause 5.8 words that as something Fortune Wins "may elect, in our sole discretion" to enforce rather than a rule you can hold it to.

Processing is reported at 1-3 days, but the operator commits to no number of its own. Clause 5.7 says only that its goal is to process a request "as soon as practicable," and clause 6.1 allows identity checks to run up to a month after you have handed over every document asked for. Every operator in this category runs that check before a first payout clears; see our registration and KYC guide if you haven't cleared one before. Our redemption guide sets these figures against the rest of the vertical, and redemption limits and taxes covers what happens once a payout actually lands.

States & eligibility

Which states can't cash out at Fortune Wins?

Fortune Wins runs two different maps, and the distance between them is the most important thing on this page. Its terms of service, version 4.8 dated July 31, 2026, block accounts in five states only - Washington, California, New York, Michigan and Idaho - plus Ontario and Quebec. Its Sweeps Rules draw a narrower boundary at clause 1.1.9, defining a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory that excludes 16 states: Idaho, Michigan, New York, Washington, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Indiana, New Jersey and Montana.

Document Version and date States it names What it stops you doing
Terms of service v4.8, July 31, 2026 5: WA, CA, NY, MI, ID (plus Ontario and Quebec) Opening an account at all
Sweeps Rules, clause 1.1.9 v4.8, October 27, 2026 16: those five plus LA, OK, TN, NV, DE, CT, IL, ME, IN, NJ, MT Redeeming any FC you win

Eleven states sit in the gap: Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Indiana, New Jersey and Montana. In those eleven you can register and play, and you cannot cash anything out. The rules say it outright at clause 5.14: "If you are not from a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory and have won and/or accumulated FC, you will not be eligible for redemption of FC." Eight of them already ban the model by statute and Oklahoma's ban takes effect on November 1, 2026; the other two are decisions rather than laws, Delaware because a state lottery monopoly and an active regulator have pushed nearly every brand of any size out, and Illinois because the group behind this brand withdrew Sweeps Coins play from the state itself.

Oklahoma joined the redemption list in version 4.8 of the Sweeps Rules, dated October 27, 2026, with no cash-out window - see what the Fortune Wins Oklahoma change means for a balance. Check your own state on the availability matrix before you buy coins, and read the Sweeps Rules rather than the terms of service, because the list that governs whether you get paid is the one in the former.

What players say

Post-rebrand, Trustpilot shows 4.5/5 across 18,300 reviews. The legacy Fortune Coins brand held an even stronger 4.7/5 across 10,000+ reviews, and reportedly answered 99% of negative reviews within two days - a genuinely strong historical service record. Some post-rebrand complaints reference VIP program changes and slower customer service since the transition - a real, current theme worth knowing, distinct from the brand's historical strength.

Standout features

The headline Gold Coin welcome is one of the largest no-deposit Gold Coin bundles we track - the reason for this brand's badge. It's also backed by a real service-history record: 99% of negative reviews answered within two days under the old Fortune Coins name, a genuinely strong number most rivals don't publish or match.

Concerns & flags

Who operates Fortune Wins is no longer an open question. Earlier versions of this review said the attribution was unresolved between Social Gaming LLC and Blazesoft Ltd. The operator's own terms of service, version 4.8 dated July 31, 2026, answer it: "Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD ('We' or 'Us') operate our Website, Mobile Application and Services in the Permitted Territory," with a business address for Social Gaming LLC at 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111, Wilmington, Delaware. The Sweeps Rules add a correspondence address in Thornhill, Ontario, and the Android package ID still reads com.sgllc.fortunecoins. Social Gaming is the company you contract with.

That resolves the entity without resolving the ownership, because neither document names a parent. What connects the two names is a court filing: the City of Baltimore's amended complaint of April 8, 2026 lists "Blazesoft Ltd., Social Gaming LLC" as a single defendant group for this brand, one of six groups named in Baltimore's consumer-protection suit. Our earlier line that no action named Fortune Wins or Fortune Coins was written before that suit was read and does not survive it. Fortune Wins still accepts players in Maryland, the state Baltimore sits in. The Blazesoft / PriorityPlay group profile covers the wider corporate picture, including the class action that names this brand alongside Sportzino and Zula Casino.

Two things still temper the brand. The two-tier state structure above lets you accumulate FC in eleven states where you will never be allowed to redeem it, which is the failure mode worth guarding against here. And the first-purchase and welcome figures move by source, so treat any number you read, ours included, as something to confirm on the live signup screen. Some post-rebrand reviewers also cite slower customer service and VIP changes since the transition.

FAQ

Is Fortune Wins the same as Fortune Coins?

Yes. Fortune Coins was renamed Fortune Wins on April 7, 2026 - same accounts, same login, same game library.

Is Fortune Wins legit?

It operates as a documented company with a strong Trustpilot history (4.5-4.7/5 across the two brand names), publishes its redemption terms, and is named as a defendant in Baltimore's consumer-protection suit against the dual-currency model - which is an allegation about the model, not a finding against this brand.

Is Fortune Wins legal in my state?

Signup is blocked in five states (WA, CA, NY, MI, ID) and Sweeps Coins redemption in 16 - check the state matrix before you sign up.

What's the minimum redemption at Fortune Wins?

5,000 FC per day, worth $50 at the rules' own rate of $1 per 100 FC. There is no cheaper gift-card tier.

Is there a Fortune Wins promo code?

No code is needed. The welcome bundle, advertised at up to 3,000,000 GC + 3,000 FC + 20 free spins, applies automatically at signup, and our Fortune Wins promo code page tracks the live figure and every ongoing bonus.

How do I get free Fortune Coins without buying?

By post. Clause 3.2.4 of the Sweeps Rules credits 500 FC per approved handwritten request, one request per envelope, mailed from your registered state to a PO box in Thornhill, Ontario - international postage for a US player. Fortune Wins publishes no crediting deadline, where most of the market says up to three months; our mail-in AMOE guide has the letter format.

How long does a Fortune Wins redemption take?

Players report 1-3 days, but the rulebook commits to no number: clause 5.7 says only "as soon as practicable," and clause 6.1 lets identity checks run up to a month after you have supplied every document. Compare the published windows across the category in our redemption guide.

Can I play Fortune Wins in a state where I can't redeem?

Yes, and that is the trap. Eleven states - Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Indiana, New Jersey and Montana - pass the signup check in the terms of service but fail the redemption test in clause 1.1.9 of the Sweeps Rules.

Who owns Fortune Wins?

Its terms of service name Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD as the operating companies, with a Wilmington, Delaware address. Baltimore's amended complaint names Social Gaming LLC together with Blazesoft Ltd as one defendant group.

Do I need a new login for Fortune Wins?

No - your old Fortune Coins username and password carry over. The Android app still shows the legacy package ID as a backend artifact; check the app store listing directly before assuming a rebranded Fortune Wins app is live on your device.

Final verdict

Under its new name since April 7, 2026, Fortune Wins holds onto everything that made Fortune Coins worth playing - the Trustpilot history and every existing account - while adding one of the largest Gold Coin welcomes we track. That combination earns it 8.2/10 and our Biggest Gold Coin Welcome badge. What tempers it is the distance between its two state lists: signup is open in 45 states, redemption in 34, and in the eleven states between them a balance you build is a balance you cannot cash.
