First, a framing note: Fortune Wins is not a new brand. The former Fortune Coins platform was retired on April 7, 2026 and relaunched under this name - same login credentials, same accounts, same game library carried over. It's a rename, not a shutdown or a new company; the Android app's package ID (com.sgllc.fortunecoins) still shows the old branding as a backend artifact, a small sign of how recent the switch is. Treat every offer number in this section as provisional - confirm the live figure before you sign up. Pre-rebrand reviews cited a no-deposit welcome of up to 20,000,000 GC + $50 in Fortune Coins. Fortune Wins claims 2,000+ games post-rebrand, carried over from the legacy Fortune Coins library. Provider mix is described only as "mixed" in the sources we checked - no itemized studio list has surfaced since the rename, a real gap next to rivals that name every provider outright. Redemption reality check

The minimum is 5,000 FC a day, worth $50. Earlier versions of this review recorded it as unpublished, which was wrong: Fortune Wins puts the figure in its Sweeps Rules rather than its terms of service, and clause 5.5 states plainly that "you may redeem a minimum of 5000 FC per day." Clause 4.4 prices what you have won at $1 per 100 FC, which is what turns that floor into $50. Version 4.7 of those rules is dated August 13, 2026.

Fortune Wins has no cheaper gift-card tier to drop down to, because it does not run one: the rules name Visa virtual cards and cash payments as the prize types, so $50 is the floor whichever you pick.

Two ceilings sit above it. Clause 5.15 caps requests at 955,000 FC a day, or $9,550, and clause 5.14 adds a Florida-only limit of 490,000 FC, or $4,900, on a prize won in any single spin or play. Requests are held to one per account per 24 hours, though clause 5.8 words that as something Fortune Wins "may elect, in our sole discretion" to enforce rather than a rule you can hold it to.

Processing is reported at 1-3 days, but the operator commits to no number of its own. Clause 5.7 says only that its goal is to process a request "as soon as practicable," and clause 6.1 allows identity checks to run up to a month after you have handed over every document asked for. States & eligibility

Fortune Wins runs two different maps, and the distance between them is the most important thing on this page. Its terms of service, version 4.8 dated July 31, 2026, block accounts in five states only - Washington, California, New York, Michigan and Idaho - plus Ontario and Quebec. Its Sweeps Rules draw a narrower boundary at clause 1.1.9, defining a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory that excludes 15 states: Idaho, Michigan, New York, Washington, California, Louisiana, Tennessee, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Indiana, New Jersey and Montana.

Ten states sit in the gap: Louisiana, Tennessee, Nevada, Delaware, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Indiana, New Jersey and Montana. In those ten you can register and play, and you cannot cash anything out. The rules say it outright at clause 5.14: "If you are not from a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory and have won and/or accumulated FC, you will not be eligible for redemption of FC." Eight of the ten now ban the model by statute; the other two are decisions rather than laws, Delaware because a state lottery monopoly and an active regulator have pushed nearly every brand of any size out, and Illinois because the group behind this brand withdrew Sweeps Coins play from the state itself.
