Sweepstakes Casinos in Delaware: 3 Still Issue Sweeps Coins

Three of the 12 sweepstakes casinos whose own state documents we read on August 15, 2026 show no Delaware block: Pulsz, WOW Vegas and Pulsz Bingo. Nine name Delaware in a written exclusion list. Separately, RealPrize and LoneStar stopped issuing Sweeps Coins to Delaware accounts on August 21, 2026, with redemption requests due by September 21.

Delaware is the state everyone assumes is closed. Several competitor guides say flatly that no sweepstakes casino serves Delaware residents. That is wrong, and it has been wrong all summer.

Which sweepstakes casinos still issue Sweeps Coins in Delaware?

Three name it as open, but they are not three equal answers, so here is the evidence rather than the count. All three documents were read on August 15, 2026.

Pulsz is the one we would actually rely on, and the "GC only" tagging is why. Pulsz marks Indiana, Maine, Mississippi and New Jersey as Gold Coin only. Delaware carries no tag, which on the operator's own scheme means full Sweeps Coins play. That is an affirmative statement, on a recently edited page, in a notation the operator uses elsewhere to say the opposite.

WOW Vegas is weaker than it first looks, and we would rather say why than bank it. Its document is a block list, and Delaware is absent from it. Absence from a block list is an inference, not a statement: it is also what the page would look like if nobody had updated it after a Delaware decision. The reason we still count it is that the page is the most recently edited of the three and it already distinguishes registration blocks from Sweeps Coins blocks, so it is a document that tracks exactly this kind of change.

Treat Pulsz Bingo as the weakest of the three. Its body has not been edited since June 10, 2025, and we have already shown that list is out of date: it names California, Louisiana, Maine, Indiana and New Jersey as available, and all five have since banned the model, which we set out in Pulsz Bingo Available States. A page that is wrong about five states is not evidence about a sixth. Operator state lists lag reality in both directions, and the lag is not rare: eight brands still named Oklahoma as available with a ban already signed there.

Which brands block Delaware outright?

Nine of the 12 we could read, and Delaware is named in a written exclusion list in every one. None of these is an inference.

Nine brands is not nine companies, and the difference matters if you are counting this as industry consensus. Six of the nine are B-Two Operations brands: the five restricted-access notices, which is why they read alike, plus Jackpota, which sits under the same owner but publishes its Delaware block through a help centre instead. Strip out the common ownership and the nine brands are four decisions, by B-Two, High 5, Fortune Wins and Spree.

We should be straight about the limits of this count. We could not read the current state documents for the other 21 brands in our database on August 15. Crown Coins is the one that stings, because its help centre and terms pages both render client-side and returned no text at all, and Crown Coins sits at the top of our rankings. Stake.us, Zula, Sportzino, Punt, Chumba and Global Poker were unreadable too, behind Cloudflare or empty-text geo pages. Absent evidence is not evidence of absence, so none of those 21 appear in either table above.

What changed for Delaware players on August 21?

Two brands, one owner, one date, now passed. RealPrize and LoneStar Casino are both operated by RealPlay Tech Inc., and both told Delaware players that Sweeps Coins stop on August 21 with redemption requests due by September 21. Neither has published anything confirming the first date took effect, and both sites still refuse us. Gold Coin play continues at both. So a Delaware account keeps working after August 21. It just stops being worth money.

That matters more than it sounds, because RealPrize is the second-highest-scored brand on our list. Delaware players are not losing a fringe option.

Why is Delaware blocked at all when it has no sweepstakes ban?

Because the regulator did not wait for one. Delaware has no statute naming sweepstakes casinos, and it has never needed one. It is not alone in that: our state-by-state legality matrix tracks several states where the blocks run ahead of the law, and Kentucky has no ban either while 12 brands block it.

On April 7, 2025 the Delaware Division of Gaming Enforcement announced a cease-and-desist order against VGW Luckyland, Inc. The release is blunt about the theory: officials "concluded that VGW misrepresented its services as a promotional sweepstakes while enabling players to purchase coins for casino-style games, leading to potential cash winnings." Those games, offered by an unlicensed entity, "violate the Delaware Constitution, the Delaware Penal Code and the Delaware Gaming Competitiveness Act of 2012."

The order had a date attached: "Effective April 2, 2025, Delaware residents can no longer participate in VGW Luckyland's unlicensed online gaming platforms." That was the second DGE action against the model, after a first round in February 2023. The brand behind that order belongs to VGW Holdings, which has since decided to close LuckyLand Slots outright on August 24, 2026 - a company decision, in every state at once, not a regulator's.

So the risk a Delaware player carries is not that the state will prosecute them. It is that the brand they are using can be told to stop, at a date the player finds out about afterwards. August 21 is that pattern running again, this time by an operator's own choice.

Is our Delaware state page still correct?

It did, and it has now been fixed rather than left on a queue. Our Delaware legality page, last verified on July 27, named Crown Coins, Coinsback, Sportzino, Zula and Pulsz as the brands showing no Delaware exclusion. That contradicted this reading in three places: WOW Vegas and Pulsz Bingo are open and were not on that list, and RealPrize was listed as excluding Delaware when it was in fact open until August 21. On August 17 the page was corrected - WOW Vegas and Pulsz Bingo were added to the open list, RealPrize was moved off the exclusion list with its August 21 and September 21 dates attached, and the three brands we re-read on their own help centres that day are now distinguished on the page from the four carried on older evidence.

What should a Delaware player do before September 21?

Empty the RealPrize and LoneStar balances first. August 21 has gone; the redemption deadline of September 21 is the one left, and it is not a date to leave to the last week.
