NoLimitCoins, Funrize, TaoFortune: Oklahoma Free Play Only
NoLimitCoins, Funrize and TaoFortune now limit Oklahoma players to coins that cannot be redeemed for prizes: their terms, read on October 31, 2026, add Oklahoma to the states where the site may be used only in a free-play mode. Oklahoma's sweepstakes ban starts tomorrow, and none of the three says what happens to Sweeps Coins an Oklahoma player already holds.
Nine sister sites on the same terms template made the same change, so 12 sites in all. None of them changed its version number or its "updated as of" date, and none sets an Oklahoma deadline. If you are in Oklahoma with a Sweeps Coins balance at any of them, request a redemption today.
What changed in the NoLimitCoins and Funrize terms?
Section 3.4 of the shared "Terms of Use & Service Agreement Version 2.0" has two sentences. The first bars 14 states outright: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. That sentence is unchanged. The second lists states where you can still open the site but only play in a mode with no prize route, and that is where Oklahoma now appears. NoLimitCoins reads:
"If You are located in California, Indiana, Maine, Maryland or Oklahoma, You may access the Platform in Gold Coins mode only;"
Funrize names the same five states, with its own currency: "If You are located in California, Oklahoma, Indiana, Maine or Maryland You may access the Platform in Tournament Points mode only;". TaoFortune reads word for word like NoLimitCoins.
When did NoLimitCoins and Funrize add Oklahoma?
Between October 11 and October 31, 2026. The dated record:
- September 28, 2026: we compared section 3.4 across eleven of these sites, and Oklahoma was in none of them (our StormRush report).
- October 11, 2026: our re-read found the lists unchanged.
- October 31, 2026: all twelve sites name Oklahoma in the free-play-only sentence, with version numbers and revision dates unchanged.
- November 1, 2026: Oklahoma's sweepstakes ban takes effect.
We cannot narrow the edit further. The page still says "updated as of 03.09.2026" on NoLimitCoins and "03.06.2026" on Funrize and TaoFortune, and the Internet Archive holds only one copy of these pages since September, a September 29 capture of Funrize that does not include the terms text. NoLimitCoins and Fortune Wheelz have also corrected the spelling of their fourth state, which both had printed as "Meryland" since at least August.
TaoFortune was not in our September comparison. Its terms page now carries the full document, naming A1 Development LLC as the operator.
Which sites added Oklahoma?
All twelve are run by one of two companies registered at the same Afton, Wyoming address: A1 Development LLC, or UTech Solutions LLC on the Playtana-group sites. Our A1 Development operator profile sets out the corporate detail.
| Site | States limited to free play (Oct 31, 2026) | Mode |
|---|---|---|
| NoLimitCoins, TaoFortune, Fortune Wheelz | California, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Oklahoma | Gold Coins |
| StormRush | California, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Oklahoma | Gold Coins |
| Funrize | California, Oklahoma, Indiana, Maine, Maryland | Tournament Points |
| FunzCity | California, Oklahoma, Indiana, Maine, Maryland | Fun Coins |
| ScarletSands | California, Indiana, Maine, Oklahoma | Gold Coins |
| Playtana, Sweepico, SweepShark, Mr.Goodwin | California, Oklahoma, Indiana, Maine | Gold Coins |
| JackpotRabbit | California, Oklahoma, Indiana, Maine | Game Coins |
StormRush changed more than Oklahoma. On September 28 its second sentence named only California and Indiana. It now also names Maine and Maryland, which makes the headline of our StormRush report out of date; we have corrected it.
The free mail-in route has closed to Oklahoma too. NoLimitCoins, Funrize and FunzCity now say on their alternative method of entry pages that mail-in entry "is open only to legal residents of the United States", excluding a list of 19 states that includes Oklahoma. In August, FunzCity's list had 18 states and did not include Oklahoma; at that time NoLimitCoins and Funrize published no mail-in procedure at all. TaoFortune's mail-in page loads no entry terms for us.
Can Oklahoma players still redeem Sweeps Coins at NoLimitCoins?
The terms do not say. Gold Coins mode means you can log in and play with coins that cannot be redeemed, but none of the twelve documents sets a date for the switch, a window to play out a balance, or a rule for Sweeps Coins already in an Oklahoma account. The word "redeem" does not appear in the terms text on any of them. That gap is not new: in August we reported that NoLimitCoins, Funrize and TaoFortune publish no sweeps rules setting out prize terms at all.
Oklahoma's law gives no extra time either. Section 2 of the enrolled SB 1589 reads: "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026." The bill history shows both chambers overrode the governor's veto in May. Our report on the statute text covers what it bans.
What should Oklahoma players with a balance do?
If you hold redeemable Sweeps Coins at any of these sites, request a redemption today and keep a screenshot of the request and of your balance. Ask support in writing what happens to coins left in an Oklahoma account after November 1, and keep the reply. Our guide to how Sweeps Coins redemption works covers the verification steps that most often hold a request up, and Gold Coins versus Sweeps Coins explains why a Gold-Coins-only account has nothing left to cash out.
Our Oklahoma state page tracks the law, the Oklahoma operator tracker lists the cash-out dates other casinos have set, and our census of which sweepstakes casinos exclude Oklahoma puts these three alongside the other 30 brands we review. Pulsz made the same Gold Coins only switch in September, and Chumba and Global Poker followed on October 30. If you live elsewhere, our ranked list of sweepstakes casinos shows which brands serve your state.
Data we need to fix: our NoLimitCoins, Funrize and TaoFortune records do not yet list Oklahoma, and our TaoFortune record still says the brand publishes no terms of its own. Both are wrong as of today and are queued for correction.

FAQ
Is NoLimitCoins leaving Oklahoma?
Not entirely. Its terms now allow Oklahoma players to use the site in Gold Coins mode only, so free play continues but nothing won can be redeemed. The terms set no date for the change.
Did Funrize and TaoFortune make the same change?
Yes. Funrize limits Oklahoma to Tournament Points mode and TaoFortune to Gold Coins mode, in the same section 3.4 of their terms. Nine sister sites made the same change.
Which states are NoLimitCoins and Funrize restricted in?
As of October 31, 2026, both bar 14 states outright: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. California, Indiana, Maine, Maryland and Oklahoma are free play only.
What happens to my Sweeps Coins balance?
None of the twelve documents says. Request a redemption before November 1 and get the operator's answer about any remaining balance in writing.
