LuckyZino Minimum Redemption: Not Published, 60-Day Expiry

LuckyZino's rulebook reserves a minimum redemption without ever publishing the figure, and its Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last Sweeps Coin spin. Its 16 void states leave out Oklahoma, where SB 1589 reaches dual-currency coins by name on November 1, 2026. The free-entry route is priced, at three Sweeps Coins per handwritten card. Every figure below is from the operator's own two documents, read on September 25, 2026.

LuckyZino turned up in this month's crop of "new sweepstakes casinos" write-ups. We went to its paperwork instead. Two documents carry everything: Terms and Conditions "Version: 1.8" and Sweepstakes Rules "Version: 1.7", both stamped "Date: 24 June 2026". So the brand is three months old in document terms, not new this week. Our new sweepstakes casinos page explains what we check before a brand gets near the ranked list.

Who actually runs LuckyZino?

Clause 2.1 of the Terms: "The Platform is operated by Silver Rhino LTD, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered address at 2 Poreias, Limassol, 3011, the Republic of Cyprus. All payments are processed by Silver Rhino LTD." The Sweepstakes Rules name the same company as Sponsor/Promoter.

That is worth pausing on. Most brands we track route purchases through a separate US payment administration agent, and LuckyZino's own Terms even define the phrase "Payment Administration Agent" as "the service provided through any related body corporate, affiliate, or third party we appoint to act as our agent". Clause 2.1 then says the Cyprus company does it directly.

When do LuckyZino Sweeps Coins expire?

Clause 8.23 is blunt: "Sweeps Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the user's last gameplay involving Sweeps Coins and will thereafter automatically expire." The Sweepstakes Rules say it again: 60 consecutive days without Sweeps Coin play and "all accrued SCs shall automatically expire".

Then clause 8.24: "Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if a Customer Account is closed for any reason, or at our discretion." Read the last four words twice. The clause does not tie forfeiture to fraud, to a breach, or to anything at all.

A 60-day idle clock is not unusual in this category, and that is what makes the missing figure below the point rather than the clock. Spinzamo sets the same 60-day window and publishes a 100 Sweeps Coin floor next to it; Sweet Sweeps forfeits coins after 60 idle days and publishes 75. LuckyZino runs the same clock against a number you cannot read.

How much do you need to redeem at LuckyZino?

The documents do not say, and they say so twice. Clause 8.3 reserves the right "to charge fees for processing the redemption of Prizes to you and to set a minimum and maximum redemption amounts from time to time at our own discretion". The Sweepstakes Rules add that the promoter "will only process a prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize meets or exceeds the minimum redemption threshold established by the Platform from time to time".

So there is a floor and a ceiling, and a fee schedule, and no figure for any of them. One Sweeps Coin won in gameplay redeems for "a prize with value being equivalent to $1 USD", which is standard. What that buys you depends on a threshold you cannot look up before you sign up. Three redemption numbers the Rules do publish are worth having in front of you before you start:

• Rule 6.q: LuckyZino "reserves the right to limit total daily redemptions to any amount over any time that Luckyzino considers necessary". A second undisclosed ceiling, this one per day.
• Rule 6.t: a total redemption value above $600 requires you to hand over a social security number before the payout, "for tax purposes". That $600 is the operator's 1099-MISC reporting threshold rather than the point at which a prize becomes taxable, a distinction our redemption limits and taxes guide sets out.
• Rule 6.u: if you do not produce a requested verification document "within ten (10) days from the date the document was first requested", the redemption request "will be disqualified and deemed null and void". Ten days is tighter than most of the rulebooks we read, and the documents a first redemption asks for are not always ones you have to hand.

Here is what the two documents do and do not commit to:

That New York row is not a typo on our side. The documents carry a $5,000 per-spin cap for "New York (if not excluded) and Florida" while listing New York as a state where participation is void. Florida appears on neither void list; New York appears on both. The wording is close to boilerplate across this category: we found the same clause governing Florida in Baba Casino's Play Rules last week, down to "any one spin or play".

One more artifact sits in the Terms' definitions. "Platform" is defined as the services "including the website located at https://luckyzino.com, and all subdomains, subpages and successor sites thereof", and in the rendered document the comma after that address is itself a hyperlink, pointing at chumbacasino.com. We are not reading a corporate relationship into a stray anchor tag and we make no claim about one. What it shows is that this document was assembled from somebody else's template, which is the same thing the unreconciled New York row shows.

Which states is LuckyZino not available in?

Sixteen, and both documents agree on the list: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.

Alabama and Kentucky stand out, because neither has a sweepstakes-casino ban on the books. Both are restricted rather than banned on our state map, and operators that exclude them are making their own call rather than following a statute.

Oklahoma is on neither list. SB 1589 takes effect on November 1, 2026, and LuckyZino's documents were last dated more than four months before that. The statute does not create the offence, a point we had to correct in our own coverage: conducting a gambling game in Oklahoma is already a Class C2 felony carrying up to seven years, and what SB 1589 adds is reach, naming any currency exchangeable for a prize or a chance at cash as a "representative of value".

LuckyZino is in company here. When we read 12 operator documents on August 12, not one of them blocked Oklahoma. We re-read the eight sweepstakes help centres in that group this morning, and the position has moved exactly once: Pulsz Casino is still the only one showing "Oklahoma (GC only)", on an article last edited September 2, 2026, and the subject of our report on Pulsz going Gold Coins only in Oklahoma. Pulsz Bingo, McLuck, Hello Millions, PlayFame, SpinBlitz, Mega Bonanza and Jackpota all still name Oklahoma with no qualifier, on articles last edited between June 2, 2026 and August 26, 2026. Pulsz Bingo's has not been touched since June 10, 2025.

How do you get LuckyZino Sweeps Coins for free?

It exists, it is specified in unusual detail, and it is priced. The card must be 4 inches by 6 inches, "unfolded, blank and unlined", inside a stamped #10 envelope, everything handwritten, carrying a unique Mail-In Request Code generated in your account, and the envelope "MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE PARTICIPANT'S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS". The destination is "LuckyZino PO Box 9063 Portland ME 04104".

The rate: "For each Request Card a Participant submits in accordance with the above requirements, the Participant will receive three (3) SCs", with "a limit of one request per outer envelope". At the Rules' own $1-per-Sweeps-Coin redemption value, one handwritten card, one stamp and one envelope is worth $3 of redeemable balance before playthrough, and the Rules add that "the amount of SCs to be allocated to Participants can be changed at any time by Luckyzino in its sole discretion". Two more limits sit in the same section: the Mail-In Request Code is "VALID FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER" it is generated, and illegible handwriting voids the card. Maine is one of LuckyZino's own 16 void states. That does not make the address improper, since it is an administrator's box rather than a place you play from, but it is an odd place to point a mail-in route.

Against that, the only server-rendered marketing text on the homepage promises "daily rewards" and the chance at "winning big prizes". The rulebook prices the first at "a set amount of free SCs" and does not price the second at all.

Should you play LuckyZino?

We do not rank LuckyZino, it is not among the 30 brands on our best sweepstakes casinos list, and nothing here is a test of what actually happens at cash-out, because we have not registered an account. What we can tell you is what you are agreeing to, and on paper it is worse than the established brands on the three terms that decide whether you see your money: a hard 60-day expiry, forfeiture at the operator's discretion, and an unpublished floor sitting under an unpublished daily cap. Our rating method weighs exactly those clauses, and a brand that leaves all three open scores badly before anyone plays a spin.

If you do play, the practical moves are narrow and worth doing in order: log a Sweeps Coin spin inside every 60-day window, because logging in does not restart the clock; redeem in one request rather than accumulating, because the floor and the daily cap can both change without notice; have your ID ready before you request, because the clock on documents is ten days; and screenshot the Rules page, because both documents are undated between versions and can be replaced without a notice.

Both LuckyZino documents are served as client-rendered pages whose text sits in the Next.js payload rather than in the visible HTML, so every quotation above was extracted from that payload and checked against the document's own clause numbering. The site returns its 404 page for /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml, so there is no published document inventory to cross-check. We have no comment from Silver Rhino LTD and have not contacted it.
