KingWins Casino: 100 SC Free-Play Cap, Two Mail-In Addresses
KingWins, a sweepstakes casino that launched on October 8, 2026, caps everything you can win from free Sweeps Coins at 100 SC for your whole time on the site, confiscating the rest under clause 7.7 of its Terms of Use, and its documents give two different postal addresses for free mail-in entries: Kissimmee, Florida, in the Sweepstake Rules and Houston, Texas, in the site's configuration.
Clause 7.7 says winnings above the cap "will be confiscated and will not carry over or be usable".
The launch date comes from a trade write-up by SCCG Management, which reports the brand went live on "8 October 2026" on the GameBridge platform and is "Operated by ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC". That is the same company behind KingPrize, whose identical 100 SC clause we reported on September 19. We read KingWins' Terms of Use, Sweepstake Rules and Restricted States page on October 11 through the content endpoints the site lists as crawlable in its robots.txt. KingWins is not in our database and has been through none of our verification process, so it appears on neither our ranked list nor our new sweepstakes casinos page. We are reporting what its documents say, and we have put no question to the operator.
How much can you win at KingWins without buying?
100 SC, which is about $100 at the Sweepstake Rules' own rate ("1 SC will be redeemable for $1"). The clause covers "Daily Bonus, Joining Bonus, Spin the Wheel, and all other free promotions or rewards" and says winnings from "any non-purchased Sweep Coins cannot exceed 100 SC". The free mail-in route also produces non-purchased coins, one per postcard under the Rules, so on the clause's plain wording they fall inside the same ceiling. That reading is ours; the clause does not name the mail-in route.
Purchases change the picture, as they do at KingPrize:
| How you got the Sweeps Coins | What KingWins' clause 7.7 allows |
|---|---|
| Free promotions and bonuses | 100 SC total "for the entire participation", the rest confiscated |
| Bonus with a Gold Coin package under US$20.00 | US$1,000 maximum per single spin, hand or game outcome |
| Bonus with a package of US$20.00 or more | "These limitations do not apply" |
KingWins adds one sentence KingPrize's terms do not carry. After restricting bonus playthrough to approved slot games, its clause 7.7 says: "Additionally, all bonuses are subject to a 20x max win cap." The site's own configuration does not match it: KingWins' bonus settings set a default max-win multiplier of 30, while KingPrize's set 20. The Terms are the document a dispute would turn on, so plan around 20x. Bonus Sweeps Coins also expire 30 days after they are credited, along with "any winnings obtained from them". Our guide to getting coins without buying explains why caps on free play matter to the whole sweepstakes model.
Where do you mail a KingWins free entry request?
The documents give two different addresses. The Sweepstake Rules tell you to mail your postcard to "KingWins AMOE, c/o ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC, 8701 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747". The brand configuration the site serves to every visitor sets the mail-in mode to "internal" and its mailing address to "ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC, 12715 Woodforest Blvd Ste 186, Houston, TX 77015".
| Where the address appears | Mail-in address |
|---|---|
| Sweepstake Rules (public) | KingWins AMOE, c/o ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC, 8701 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747 |
| Brand configuration, "internal" mail-in mode | ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC, 12715 Woodforest Blvd Ste 186, Houston, TX 77015 |
That second address is not just a stored setting. The site's own admin code requires it, with the error message "Mailing address is required for the internal AMOE instructions page", and labels the field "Postal address the player hand-writes on the postcard". So in internal mode the in-app instructions a logged-in player sees are built from the Houston address. We could not view that page without an account, so we have not seen it rendered. The Rules warn that a request not complying with them "will be disqualified". Until KingWins publishes one address in both places, the Rules are the document you can point to if an entry goes missing.
The mail-in route also has an end date. The Rules limit you to one request per account "in each 24-hour period", worth one Sweeps Coin each, and say: "All Requests must be mailed by December 31st, 2026."
How do KingWins redemptions work?
Slowly, and the documents disagree on the pace. The Sweepstake Rules allow one request at a time, "once every forty-eight (48) hours", with reviews of at least 72 hours on weekdays. The Terms of Use say "one Prize redemption request per Customer Account in any 24 hour period" and cap redemptions at "US$5,000" in "any rolling seven (7) day period". Neither document publishes a minimum or a maximum per request; the Rules only say you can redeem once you hold "at least preset minimums" of SC, as set on the site.
The site's configuration does. It sets a withdrawal minimum of 100 and a maximum of 500 per payout. If those are the limits the cashier applies, the smallest cash-out equals the entire free-play ceiling, and a $5,000 win would take ten requests. Both KingWins and KingPrize carry those same two figures in their configuration. SpeedSweeps' configuration sets the same 100 SC figure for both its free-coin cap and its minimum redemption. How to redeem Sweeps Coins covers how other operators time payouts, and our highest-payout sweepstakes casinos list covers the brands we rank.
Which states can play KingWins, and what about Oklahoma?
Fourteen states are blocked, the same fourteen in the Rules and the Restricted States page: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, California, Tennessee, Indiana and Maine. The Terms of Use name no states at all. They bar play from an "Excluded Territory" without listing one, where KingPrize's Terms print the full fourteen. Our guide to where sweepstakes casinos are legal sets out which states have banned sweepstakes casinos and which only restrict them.
Oklahoma is not on the list, and it is the state where this matters most. Enrolled Senate Bill 1589 says "This act shall become effective November 1, 2026", which is the state's sweepstakes ban. KingWins launched 24 days before that date without restricting Oklahoma, and none of its documents mentions the date or what happens to an Oklahoma balance after it. When we counted in August, eight operators still accepted Oklahoma players; KingWins is a new name in that group, not a holdover from it. Its Rules also run a 60-day clock: Sweeps Coins expire if you do not log in for sixty consecutive days.
The age floor is unclear too. The Rules say "in no case under eighteen (18) years old", and the site description in its configuration says 18+. The Terms ask you to confirm you are "at least legal age in your jurisdiction (in most regions at least 21 years old)", then bar anyone "not over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age" in a later clause.
What should you do before playing at KingWins?
- Treat 100 SC as the most free play can pay you, and expect the excess to be confiscated rather than held.
- Mail free entries to the Rules address unless KingWins aligns the two, keep proof of postage, and post the last one before December 31, 2026.
- Do not build a balance in Oklahoma you cannot redeem before November 1.
- Compare offers first. Our free Sweeps Coins hub lists what the brands we have tested give away.

FAQ
Is KingWins the same company as KingPrize?
Its documents name ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC as the operator, the same company named in KingPrize's documents, and the two brands' Terms of Use are near-identical. SCCG Management's launch report also names ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC.
What is the KingWins free Sweeps Coins win cap?
100 SC for your entire participation. Clause 7.7 of the Terms of Use applies it to all play with non-purchased Sweeps Coins and says anything above it "will be confiscated".
Is KingWins available in Oklahoma?
Its documents do not restrict it as of October 11, 2026. Oklahoma is not one of the fourteen states its Rules and Restricted States page block, although the state's ban takes effect on November 1, 2026. We have not tested whether the site accepts Oklahoma signups.
