KingPrize Free Sweeps Coins Win Cap: 100 SC, $20 Lifts It

KingPrize caps what free play can pay at 100 Sweeps Coins, worth about $100 at the operator's own rate of 1 SC to $1: clause 7.7 of its Terms of Use says "A 100SC maximum win cap for the entire participation applies to all gameplay conducted using non-purchased Sweep Coins", and "any winnings above the 100 SC cap will be confiscated and will not carry over or be usable." The same clause lifts every cap for players who buy a Gold Coin package priced at US$20.00 or more.

We read KingPrize's Terms of Use, Sweepstake Rules and Restricted States page on September 19, 2026. All three carry the operator's own update stamps: the Terms and the Rules both say "updated as of June 30, 2026", and the Restricted States page was last written on July 13, 2026. KingPrize is not one of the 33 brands in our database, so it has been through none of our testing and verification process and appears on neither our ranked list of sweepstakes casinos nor our new sweepstakes casinos page. We are reporting what its documents say. We are not alleging the operator has broken any law, and it has published no response because we have put no question to it.

One practical note on reading them yourself. Every legal page on kingprize.com is rendered in the browser, so a plain request to /terms-of-use returns the same 14,265-byte application shell as the home page. The text lives behind the site's own content endpoints, which the operator lists as crawlable in its robots.txt. Those endpoints are where the quotations below come from.

What does the 100 SC cap actually cover?

Clause 7.7 of the Terms of Use, which sits under the account rules rather than anywhere near the redemption section, names the sources it applies to: "This includes bonus Sweep Coins awarded through platform features such as Daily Bonus, Joining Bonus, Spin the Wheel, and all other free promotions or rewards."

"All other free promotions or rewards" is the phrase that does the work, because the mail-in entry route described in the Sweepstake Rules also produces Sweeps Coins that were not purchased. The Rules set that route out in detail: you complete an entry form, print a barcode, affix it to a postcard with first-class postage and mail it to an address handled by SCA Promotions in Dallas, Texas. Requests are "limited to 1 Request per Customer Account in each 24-hour period", and the Rules add a hard end date that is worth writing down: "All Requests must be mailed by December 31st, 2026."

Coins obtained that way are not purchased, so on the plain wording of clause 7.7 they fall inside the cap along with everything else. That inference is ours, not the operator's: clause 7.7 never mentions the mail-in route by name, and KingPrize has not told us how it applies the clause. But the clause says "non-purchased", the Rules describe a route that produces non-purchased coins, and nothing in either document carves the route out. KingPrize does not define "the entire participation" anywhere in either document. Read at face value it is not a daily or monthly cap but a lifetime total, and we have put no question to the operator, so that is our reading of its wording rather than its confirmation of ours.

Does buying coins change what you are allowed to keep?

On KingPrize's paperwork, yes. Clause 7.7 sets a second tier for purchased play, and then removes it above a price point:

The Rules open with the declaration every sweepstakes casino has to make, in capitals: "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN... A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING." Both halves of that can be true at the same time as clause 7.7, because the clause is not about your odds. It is about how much of a win you are permitted to keep once you have it, and on that question a US$20.00 purchase is the difference between a US$1,000 per-outcome ceiling and none at all. A cap on free-coin play is not unusual on its own. What is unusual is the size of it: the larger operators we have read publish per-day or pending-balance ceilings rather than a single figure for a player's whole participation, and Chumba's $10,000-a-day cap next to High 5's "N/A" is the range this market normally works in.

Which clocks run on a KingPrize balance?

Five, and two of them can empty an account. Two govern coins, two govern redemption timing, and one is the deadline on the free postal route.

Clause 7.7 runs the 30-day clock on bonus Sweeps Coins: they "are valid for thirty (30) days from the date they are issued or credited", and after that "any remaining Bonus Sweepstakes Coins and any winnings obtained from them will expire and be removed from the Player's account." Playthrough on those coins is "restricted exclusively to approved slot-game categories", and if the balance runs out before the requirement is met, "the remaining bonus and associated winnings are automatically forfeited by the system." A redemption request filed with playthrough still outstanding lets KingPrize "void or forfeit any remaining bonus funds after processing the redeem".

Separately, a 60-day clock runs on everything. The Rules say "SC are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date a User last logged on", after which "all accrued SC shall automatically expire and the User Account will be deemed Dormant in accordance with the Terms of Use". The Terms say the same thing at clause 21.5, in almost the same words. On this the two documents agree.

Where the Terms strain is against themselves. Clause 8.7 sets the same 60-day trigger for dormancy and then says that if an account becomes Dormant, "the Company will remit the balance of the redeemed value of Prizes in your User Account to you as may be required under applicable law". Read together, 21.5 expires your Sweeps Coins at 60 days and 8.7 promises to remit the redeemed value of prizes at the same 60 days. The two clauses are not necessarily about the same money, because a prize whose redemption has already been approved is not the same thing as an SC balance, but KingPrize does not say so, and the documents give a dormant player no way to tell which clause reaches their account first. The operator does commit to a warning: 8.7 says users "will be sent warnings by the customer service team" as the 60-day mark approaches.

On the redemption side the Rules are specific: one request at a time, "minimum time between requests once every forty-eight (48) hours", review periods "a minimum of seventy two (72) hours", and reviews conducted Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Is KingPrize 18+ or 21+?

Its two documents give different answers. The Sweepstake Rules say participation requires "majority age in your jurisdiction, but in no case under eighteen (18) years old". The Terms of Use say you confirm "you are at least legal age in your jurisdiction (in most regions at least 21 years old)". Both are live documents, both were updated on June 30, 2026, and they set different floors. The first is the rule a signup form is likely to enforce; the second is the one an account review can cite later.

When does KingPrize ask for ID?

From $100 up, and it gets heavier past $5,000. These are two tiers rather than a contradiction, and reading them as one would be a mistake. The Terms, at clause 24.3, say the company "may from time to time" request photo ID, proof of address or proof of source of income, "including but not limited to situations where cumulative or single prize redemption exceeds a cash value of $100 USD". That is permissive and open-ended, not a threshold that triggers anything automatically. The Rules then set a mandatory enhanced tier on top: for "any single prize redemption or cumulative winnings in a rolling 24-month period exceeding US$5,000", the sponsor "will conduct enhanced verification prior to processing payment", which can extend to bank statements, pay slips and tax returns. At 1 SC to $1 the lower figure is the entire free-play ceiling. Which states does KingPrize block, and which does it miss?

Fourteen, and the same fourteen in all three documents we read, which is better consistency than most of this market manages. The Restricted States page, the Rules at clause 2(a) and the Terms introduction all name Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, California, Tennessee, Indiana and Maine.

That covers ten of the eleven states we record as having banned this model. The other four on KingPrize's list are Delaware, Idaho, Michigan and Washington, none of which has banned sweepstakes play: we classify all four as restricted, and blocking them is a commercial choice rather than a legal requirement. The one KingPrize misses is Oklahoma, where the ban takes effect on November 1, 2026. KingPrize is still open to Oklahoma players today, and nothing in its documents mentions the date or says what happens to an Oklahoma balance when it arrives. It is not alone in that: eight operators still named Oklahoma in their rulebooks when we last counted. On a 60-day SC expiry clock, a player who signs up in Oklahoma now is inside the window where both problems can land at once.

Who runs KingPrize?

A company whose own rulebook gives it two corporate forms. The Sweepstake Rules preamble defines the Company as "ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC", and clause 1 then calls that same Company "a Nevada limited liability company". An Inc and an LLC are different corporate forms, so one of the two descriptions is wrong. Apple lists ECOMENTERPRISEUSA INC as the seller of the KingPrize app. Nothing turns on where the company is incorporated: a Nevada registration says nothing about which states players may join from, and plenty of operators incorporate in states they do not serve.

What should you do before playing at KingPrize?

1. Treat 100 SC as the whole prize if you never buy. On clause 7.7's wording that is the ceiling for your entire participation, and the excess is "confiscated", not deferred. Our list of the highest-payout sweepstakes casinos covers what the brands we do rank actually pay.
2. Log in inside 60 days. The Rules expire accrued Sweeps Coins after 60 days without a login, regardless of how you obtained them.
3. Clear playthrough before you request a redemption. Filing while a requirement is outstanding lets the operator void the remaining bonus funds.
