Candy Coins Terms: $1 a Coin, No Minimum, No State List

Candy Coins runs on one virtual currency instead of the usual two, and its Terms of Use set the cash-out rate in a single sentence: "Eligible Candy Coins may be redeemed for real currency at a rate of one Candy Coin to one United States dollar (1 CC = $1.00)." The document never defines "Eligible", never sets a minimum, never gives a processing time, and names no restricted states at all. Sweet Sweeps, run by the same Gibraltar company, publishes every one of those.

We read the Candy Coins Terms of Use in full on September 28, 2026. It is version 1.2, stamped "Last Updated: 16 September 2026", and it runs to roughly 53,000 characters. The counterparty is Inimitable Solutions Limited, registration number 123214, at the World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar. Payments run through Good Morning Services Inc., a Delaware company at 1300 South Blvd STE 30011, Charlotte, NC 28203.

Sweepsy's new-casino tracker lists Candy Coins with a launch month of August 2026 and a welcome offer of "2 Candy Coins + 2 Battle Passes". Two coins at the published rate would be $2. We are not going to tell you the offer is worth $2, because the rate sentence covers "Eligible" Candy Coins and the document never says whether a coin you were given for free is one of them. Candy Coins is not one of the new sweepstakes casinos we have tested.

How many currencies does Candy Coins use?

One. Section 2.1 says it plainly: "The Candy Coins Platform operates with a single virtual currency: Candy Coins - the primary virtual currency used to play all Games on the Platform."

That is the structural difference from almost every site we cover. The standard model splits play into a free Gold Coin that never cashes out and a second coin that does, which is the arrangement our guide to Gold Coins versus Sweeps Coins walks through. Candy Coins has no such split. You buy Candy Coins, you play with Candy Coins, and section 5.3 says Candy Coins come back out at a dollar each.

The second thing on the platform, a Battle Pass, is not a second currency. Section 2.2 says Battle Passes "are not a currency, cannot be used to play Games, and carry no cash value". They are entry tokens for a player-versus-player mode called the Battle Arena, and section 2.7 says that mode offers "No monetary prizes, cash, or prizes of real-world monetary value" - only experience points toward VIP tiers.

Where Battle Passes come from is the unusual part. Under what the terms call the No Loss Mechanic, they are handed out when you lose: "Battle Passes under the No Loss Mechanic are awarded solely when a player has incurred a net loss of Candy Coins during a session", and "The quantity of Battle Passes awarded under this mechanic equals exactly the quantity of Candy Coins lost in that session - no more, no less." Lose 40 Candy Coins in a session, collect 40 entry tokens.

Is there a Candy Coins redemption minimum or payout time?

Neither is published. Section 5.3 is the whole of the redemption term, and here is what is absent from the rest of the 53,000 characters:

• The word "redemption" appears zero times
• The word "sweepstakes" appears zero times
• "No purchase necessary" appears zero times, and there is no mail-in or free-entry route anywhere in the document
• There is no minimum redemption amount, no daily or weekly cap, no play-through condition and no stated processing window
• "Eligible Candy Coins" is used once and defined nowhere

Is Candy Coins run by the same company as Sweet Sweeps?

Yes, on the face of both documents. Sweet Sweeps' Terms of Use name "Inimitable Solutions Ltd., the owner of Sweet Sweeps", and its Sweepstakes Rules name the same company as sponsor. Both sites' terms appoint the identical payment agent, Good Morning Services Inc., at the same Charlotte address. The Gibraltar addresses differ: Sweet Sweeps gives 5-9 Main Street, Candy Coins gives the World Trade Centre on Bayside Road.

We pulled Sweet Sweeps' live documents and its own state API the same day, and the contrast is the story.

We reported Sweet Sweeps' four conflicting restricted-state lists in August and its redemption floor and inactivity forfeiture alongside it. Its signup gate has not moved since: re-read today, the API still blocks California, Louisiana, Montana and New York, and flags California as Gold-Coins-only.

Which states can play at Candy Coins?

On the document, any of them. Section 3.4 says the service "is available to eligible residents of the United States of America only", tells you not to use it from "any Restricted State", then adds: "Any Restricted States will be listed in these Terms." None is. The only state names anywhere in the document are Delaware, where the payment agent is incorporated, New York, where arbitration is to be commenced, and California, in a Civil Code section 1542 waiver.

The clause also reserves the right "to add additional states to the list of Restricted States at any time, without prior notice". So the list can change between one visit and the next, and nothing obliges the operator to tell you.

Ten state bans are already in force, including Maine since July 29 under the statute we read in full, and an eleventh takes effect in Oklahoma on November 1, where we counted eight operators still naming the state. So do not read the operator's silence as clearance. Check your own state on our tracker first, because in a state with a ban in force, your state's absence from an operator's terms is not permission. If you register anyway, keep your own copy of sections 3.4 and 5.3 as they read on the day you sign up: a list the operator can add to without notice is a list you cannot check after the fact, and that one rate sentence is the entire redemption term you are agreeing to.

Which Candy Coins clauses cost you money?

Four of them, all from the terms we read today.

1. Purchase cap, section 6.12. A single purchase is capped at $1,000.
2. No refunds, section 6.11. "All purchases are final", and refunds are not required except where the law says so.
3. Sixty days idle, sections 6.10 and 4.8. Your virtual currency expires automatically once the account is Dormant, defined as 60 consecutive days with no gameplay using Candy Coins, and the operator may close a 60-day-inactive account with no prior notice.
4. Closing the account yourself, section 4.9. Doing so "will result in forfeiture of all Candy Coins and Battle Passes associated with your account".

Is the Candy Coins minimum age 18 or 21?

Eighteen. Section 3.1 sets it, not the 21 that most US sweeps operators use. Disputes go to JAMS arbitration commenced in New York, NY, with a class-action waiver, and there is a 30-day window to opt out by email with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".

Where are the Player Safety Policy and Battle Arena Rules?

One limit on this report: we could not read either. The terms make a "Player Safety Policy" and "Battle Arena Rules" binding on you, and neither appears in the site's sitemap, which advertises four URLs: the home page, the terms, the privacy policy and a contact form. We tried the obvious paths for both documents. Each returned HTTP 200 with an empty content area holding nothing but the site's own search and sign-in chrome, and so did a URL we invented as a control, so we cannot tell an existing page from a missing one without an account. We are not saying those policies do not exist. We are saying a logged-out reader cannot find them, and the site's own robots.txt blocks crawlers from everything except those four pages.
