SpeedSweeps Free Sweeps Coin Cap: 100 SC, Its Payout Floor

SpeedSweeps caps what free Sweeps Coins can win at 100 SC: its Terms of Use say anything accumulated or won above that limit "will be removed from the User Account and will not be eligible for redemption". The live configuration the site's own front end loads sets the minimum you need before you can cash out at 100. A player who never buys a coin pack has no headroom between the ceiling and the floor at all.

SpeedSweeps is a sweepstakes casino whose app launched in June 2026. We read the operator's Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use directly, along with the settings its own front end loads, on September 23, 2026. SpeedSweeps is not one of the 33 brands we have reviewed and it is not ranked, which is how we handle every operator we have not tested. This piece reports what its documents say, not a redemption we ran.

What exactly does the free-coin cap say?

Section 2.4 of the Terms of Use, word for word:

The maximum total Sweeps Coins (SC) that may be accumulated, won, or redeemed from free SC awarded through registration offers, giveaways, free spins, goodwill bonuses, unlucky bonuses, or, in general, any free bonuses awarded, is capped at 100 SC. Any amount in excess of this limit will be removed from the User Account and will not be eligible for redemption.

Read it twice, because "accumulated, won, or redeemed" is doing a lot. It is not a cap on the free coins handed to you. It is a cap that follows those coins through gameplay and catches the winnings too. Hit 300 SC from a lucky spin on a free balance and, on the plain wording, 200 of it goes.

There is one thing the clause does not settle. It lists registration offers, giveaways, free spins, goodwill bonuses and "unlucky bonuses", then sweeps up "any free bonuses awarded". Mail-in entries are not named, and a postal entry is a legal entry route rather than a bonus, so whether the cap bites on those is genuinely unclear from the text. We are flagging the ambiguity rather than resolving it.

Where does the 100 SC redemption minimum come from?

Not from the rulebook, which is the odd part. The Sweepstakes Rules promise that redemptions are "subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules" - and then never state a minimum anywhere in the document. We searched both legal documents for one. The Terms of Use do not carry it either.

The number exists in one place: the settings record that the site's own JavaScript requests on load, which answers without a login. It reads:

The configuration does not label its units and we are not going to invent them, so we are reporting the figure as it is stored. What we can say without guessing is that the free-play ceiling in the Terms and the withdrawal minimum in the configuration are both 100, and that a player who never buys a coin pack has no headroom between them at all. Compare that with the operators on our list of casinos that actually pay, where the floor is typically well under what a patient free player can reach.

How long does the SpeedSweeps mail-in route take?

Section 6 of the Sweepstakes Rules names three ways to collect Sweeps Coins: as a bonus attached to a Gold Coin purchase, which is the standard two-currency setup, through social-media giveaways the sponsor "reserves the right to hold", and by post. Only the third is both free and guaranteed, so it is the one worth timing.

The postal entry is a handwritten 4x6 card in a stamped #10 envelope, sent to a P.O. box in La Jolla, California. The card has to carry six things:

1. Your name
2. Your registered email address
3. Your Player ID
4. Your date of birth
5. Your registered address
6. A handwritten declaration

The rules cap it at "one mail-in entry per outer envelope and one card per day", and they state the return:

A Participant will receive 4 Sweepstakes Coins per mail-in request.

Four coins a day, one card a day, against a stored minimum of 100. That is 25 days of postage and handwriting before the floor is even in reach, and the rules separately require that coins be used at least once in a game before they count toward a redemption, with the sponsor free to demand more than one pass. It is the same shape of problem we found when KingPrize capped what free coins could win, and when Joya.US set the same 100 SC floor while keeping mail-in coins out of it.

One caveat we will not paper over. The same settings record that holds the withdrawal figures also carries a FAUCET entry reading 500 GC and 10 SC on an interval of 1. If that is a daily drip of 10 SC, a free player reaches 100 far faster than by post. We cannot tell: the interval is a bare number with no unit, and Section 6 of the Official Rules does not list a faucet among the ways to collect Sweepstakes Coins at all. So the 25-day figure is the timeline the rulebook supports, and the configuration hints at a faster route the rulebook never mentions.

Which states does SpeedSweeps block? Its documents disagree

Three sources, two answers, and the gap is Maine.

The Terms bar access from California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. The state table the site's front end reads carries 36 entries - 35 states plus the District of Columbia - and the 15 states missing from it are exactly that list. The settings record carries the same 15 as a separate blockState array, so the signup gate and the Terms agree with each other twice over. Some of those exclusions track a state ban and some are the operator's own choice; our state-by-state legality matrix sets out which is which.

The Sweepstakes Rules name the same states with one exception: Maine is absent. So the document that governs the prize promotion tells a Maine resident they are eligible, while the Terms and the signup gate say they cannot be there. A Maine player reading the rulebook would reach the wrong conclusion. That mismatch pattern is one we have seen before, most recently in TurboStakes' state exclusion and coin forfeiture terms.

There is a second contradiction inside the Terms themselves. The redemption section sets a $5,000 monthly cap "in Florida and New York", citing Florida Statute section 849.094 - while section 3.4 of the same document bars New York outright. The Florida half of the clause tracks a real statute.

Three more SpeedSweeps clauses to know before you deposit

"Instant" does not mean instant. The site's home page is titled "SpeedSweeps Casino : Instant Redemptions and Big Wins". Section 6.14 of the Terms defines the word: "'Instant' refers to the Company's immediate initiation of a prize redemption request." Receipt of funds is explicitly subject to processors, KYC and "random compliance or security reviews".

A 5 SC balance blocks the store. The Terms list three purchase rules verbatim: a player holding more than 5 SC cannot buy a promo package, cannot buy a regular package if they previously bought a promo one, and gets no purchase boosts. The stated reason is to limit abuse.

Dormancy runs at 60 days, and the coins expire. Section 6.11 defines Dormant as "no game play activity utilizing Virtual Coins for a consecutive period of sixty (60) days", and says Virtual Coins "will automatically expire" once an account reaches it. Section 4.9 adds that the company can close a dormant account without giving notice first. For a player grinding mail-in entries toward a 100 floor, a two-month gap wipes the balance.

The sponsor named in the rules is WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, at an address in Wilmington, Delaware - a state its own documents exclude players from. Eligibility is set at 18 and over. The iOS app first appeared on June 5, 2026 and had 129 US ratings when we checked.

Why do five of SpeedSweeps' own legal links return 404?

SpeedSweeps' sitemap, stamped with today's date, lists /sweepstakes-rules, /terms-and-conditions, /general-terms, /bonus-terms and /aml-policy. All five return a 404. The documents are real and readable, but at different addresses: /sweeps-rules, /terms-of-use and /responsible-game.

That is an SEO defect rather than a consumer one, and we checked before saying so - the working paths load fine. It matters here only as a measure of care. An operator asking for money should be able to keep its own index of its own legal pages accurate.

Should you play at SpeedSweeps?

We have not tested a redemption at SpeedSweeps, so we are not ranking it and we are not telling you it will not pay. What we will say is that the free route is punitively slow, the clause that decides what a free player can keep is harsher than anything on our free sweeps coins page, and the rulebook and the signup gate do not agree on who is allowed in. Start instead with the operators we have actually redeemed from, and if you want to track what else is arriving, we keep a running list of new sweepstakes casinos.

We have asked nobody at the company about any of this, so there is no operator response to report. If SpeedSweeps corrects the Maine discrepancy or publishes a redemption minimum in its rules, we will update this piece.
