Joya.US Redemption Minimum: 100 SC, Mail-In Coins Excluded

Joya.US will not process a cash redemption below 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins, which its rulebook values at $100, and clause 4(a) says only coins "earned through game play" are redeemable. Every route Joya has for giving you a Sweeps Coin sits in clause 3: the 2.5 SC postal cards, the sign-up bonus, the daily bonus, the social giveaways, the referral award. So no coin Joya hands you counts toward the floor. They are stake. You have to play them and win before a balance can be cashed out at all.

We read Joya's two legal documents in full today, September 15, 2026. They are served as plain HTML at /static/Sweeps-Rules (Version 1.0, dated July 6, 2026) and /static/terms-and-conditions (Version 1.0, dated July 1, 2026), and an invented path on the same domain returns a 2,660-byte 404, so these are live pages and not error shells. That makes Joya one of the few new brands whose rulebook can be read without an account. Joya is not one of the 33 brands we review, it has not been through our testing and rating process, and nothing below is a score. Three things in the documents do not line up.

How much do you need to redeem at Joya.US?

One hundred Sweeps Coins, valued by the rulebook at a dollar each. The Sweeps Rules open with an all-capitals line: "SWEEPS COINS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM PRIZE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD OF $100 USD. AMOUNTS BELOW THE THRESHOLD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE REDEMPTION." Clause 6(f) fixes the rate: "FOR PURPOSES OF REDEMPTION ONLY. 1 SC will be redeemable for $1 of local currency (IE. USD)." Clause 6(g) repeats the floor as a coin count and reserves the right to move it: "Once a Player accumulates a minimum of 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins, they will be able to submit a Redemption Request for cash. This amount may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Joya.US."

A $100 floor is the ordinary one for this template rather than an outlier. It is double the 50 Sweeps Coins Storm.us set in its own rulebook this month, the same figure Spinzamo carries alongside a 60-day coin expiry, and the same figure both of Joya's sibling brands print. The word doing the work in clause 6(g) is "redeemable", and that is where this rulebook gets interesting. Why do Joya.US mail-in coins not count toward the floor?

Because the rulebook says so twice, in opposite directions. Clause 4(a): "Only Sweeps Coins earned through game play will be eligible submission of a Redemption Request." Clause 6(f) limits redemption to each Sweeps Coin "that has been won through game play (rather than collected using one of the methods described in clause 3 of these Sweeps Rules)".

Clause 3 is headed "HOW TO COLLECT SWEEPS COINS", and it is the whole list. Sub-clauses (i) to (vii) cover the bonus attached to a Gold Coin purchase, social-media giveaways, the daily bonus, registering an account, replying to the welcome email, the refer-a-friend award and the postal route. There is no eighth way in. So every Sweeps Coin Joya gives a player is, by the rulebook's own definition, not redeemable on arrival, and the 100 SC floor can only be crossed with coins won on a spin.

How do you get free Sweeps Coins at Joya.US?

Two and a half Sweeps Coins an envelope, of stake. Clause 3(c)(vii) describes a Sweeps Coin Request Card: a 4-inch by 6-inch unfolded, blank, unlined card inside a stamped #10 envelope, everything handwritten, addressed to "Joya.US Sweeps Coin Request Card, Joya.US US PO BOX 6250, Watertown, NY 13601". Each card carries one unique 10-digit Postal Request Code generated inside your account, and the code "expires 60 days after it is displayed". The request "MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE PLAYER'S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS", and a card posted from elsewhere "will be declared invalid". For all of that, "the Player will receive 2.5 Sweeps Coins".

Set that against what the site sells. Joya's home page banner offers "250K GC + Free 25 SC for 9.99". Ten dollars buys the same 25 Sweeps Coins that ten separate handwritten envelopes, ten separate codes and ten stamps would produce. That is the honest form of the comparison, and it is a comparison of stake, not of progress toward a payout, because clause 3 covers both piles equally.

Joya is not the first brand to price a free entry this way and then refuse to redeem it: Jackpot Go pays two coins an envelope on the same game-play-only wording. Which states does Joya.US block?

Sixteen in the document that governs the sweepstakes, seventeen in one paragraph of the document that governs everything else. The Sweeps Rules define Permitted Territories as the United States other than California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. The Terms and Conditions define "Excluded Territory" as exactly the same sixteen states. But the all-capitals eligibility paragraph at the top of the Terms inserts one more, and the spacing gives away the edit: "California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa,Delaware ,Louisiana".

So Delaware appears in one of the three state lists Joya publishes and in neither of the other two. Delaware has no sweepstakes ban, but it is one of the thirteen states operators block without one, and a player there cannot tell from these documents whether an account will survive verification. Ask support before you buy anything.

Oklahoma is in none of the three lists. Its ban, SB 1589, takes effect on November 1, 2026, 47 days from today. The bill was not signed into law: the Legislature's own history shows the Governor vetoed it on May 7, 2026, the Senate overrode the veto 34 to 10 and the House 68 to 19 on May 14, and it was filed with the Secretary of State the same day. Joya's rulebook is dated seven weeks after that and still does not name the state. That is not a breach yet. Who runs Joya.US?

The Sweeps Rules name "Sweet Innovation LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company having a registered address at 571 S. Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110". That address is already in our files three times over. It is the address Nickle Tech LLC gives as sponsor in the rulebooks of VegasBuilder.com and Coinz.US. It is the registered office A1 Development LLC prints for the six sites in its mail-in cluster, none of which publishes a sweepstakes rulebook at all. And it is the address in DexyPlay's footer for UTech Solutions LLC, one half of the pair we found publishing no sweepstakes rules this month. Sweet Innovation is the fourth differently named company we have found naming that one Afton street in a player-facing legal document.

We are not saying these are the same business. Shared registered agents are ordinary in Wyoming. What is not ordinary is the document itself: we re-read both Nickle Tech rulebooks live today, and Joya's is the same template, down to the sentence structure and the numbers.

Joya's sixteen-state list is identical to Coinz.US's, state for state. VegasBuilder's, written seven weeks later, names five.

Does the Joya.US arbitration opt-out work?

The clause works. The signpost to it does not. The opening notice in Joya's Terms tells you that you may keep your right to sue "UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME" and says "FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE SEE SECTION 24.9 OF THESE TERMS OF USE". Clause 24 of that document runs 24.1 to 24.8. There is no 24.9. The opt-out is at 24.8, and 24.8 then warns that a player who misses the window is bound by "the entirety of this Section 25 of these Terms" - but Section 25 is headed "OTHER" and covers amendments and notices, not arbitration.

Coinz.US carries both errors word for word. VegasBuilder's Terms, the newest of the three, point to "SECTION 24" and then to "Section 24", correctly. Whoever fixed it on August 31 did not go back and fix the two older documents.

What the clause actually says is the part to act on: written notice to "Sweet Innovation, LLC, PO Box 880, Afton, WY 83110", within thirty days after first becoming subject to the Terms. That is the same thirty-day clock almost every operator in this category uses, and it starts the day you sign up, not the day something goes wrong.

What should you do before opening a Joya.US account?

Three things, in order. Work out whether you will realistically win 100 Sweeps Coins in play, because nothing below that figure, and nothing you were given rather than won, can be cashed out. Post your opt-out notice in the first thirty days if you want to keep the right to sue, since the Terms give you the wrong clause number to find it by.

And log in at least once a year. The Terms define an "Inactive Account" as one that "has not recorded any log in or log out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months", and clause 5.14 reserves Joya's right to close it. What the document does not say is what happens to the balance when Joya closes an account for inactivity. The only forfeiture sentence sits in clause 5.15, which is about a closure you ask for: "Closing your Customer Account will forfeit all continued access to and right to use, enjoy or benefit from any Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins associated with your Customer Account." The same clause adds that "Joya.US will make reasonable efforts to redeem any unredeemed Prizes associated with your Customer Account." Neither sentence is written to cover a closure Joya initiates, and the gap is the reason to keep the account alive rather than test it. The blunter version of the same term is the one Sweet Sweeps prints, forfeiting Sweeps Coins after 60 idle days: harsher on its face, but it at least tells a player what happens to the balance.

One more thing to read closely: Joya's Sweeps Rules set the entry age at "at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later)", and the Terms repeat 18 at clause 3.1(a). Check that against your own state's age of majority rather than the site's headline number.
