SweepJungle, DexyPlay Terms: No Sweepstakes Rules Published

Two brands being pushed hard this month as new sweepstakes casinos publish no sweepstakes rules anywhere on their public sites. SweepJungle advertises Sweeps Coins on its home page while its only governing document says wins come as Gold Coins that "cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or traded for any monetary or tangible value". DexyPlay serves no terms document at all: three separate legal paths return HTTP 200 and the same block of footer text, with no document under it.

Start with what neither operator calls itself. SweepJungle's home page is titled "SweepJungle Social Casino (USA)" and its first line of copy reads "America's Hottest Social Casino". DexyPlay's is titled "Dexyplay Social Casino" and its footer says the platform "does not involve monetary rewards or any form of financial risk". Both describe a social casino. It is affiliate roundups, and in SweepJungle's case the operator's own footer and coin names, that describe a sweepstakes.

Neither brand is in our database of 33, and neither has been tested by us. This is not a review. It is a report on what these two operators have actually published, read from their own sites on August 20, 2026, because both are appearing in roundups aimed at players who are about to hand over money for coin packages.

Can you redeem Sweeps Coins at SweepJungle?

The home page runs a two-currency pitch. The welcome banner offers 75,000 of one coin and 2 of another, tagged in the page markup as Gold Coins and Sweep Coins. The VIP ladder pays level-up bonuses in both, rising to 105 million and 10.5 thousand at the top tier, with weekly coinback from 1 per cent to 20 per cent. Body copy on the same page says players "receive Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) bonuses".

Then the same page says this: "Use Gold Coins (GC) for fun as the main in-game currency, and Sweeps Coins (SC) as an alternative currency. Neither can be exchanged or redeemed for real-world gifts."

That is the operator's own marketing page telling you the second currency is not redeemable. Its terms go further.

The terms are headed "KINETIX VENTURES, Inc. TERMS & CONDITIONS", effective as of October 13, 2025, and describe Kinetix Ventures, Inc. as a Delaware corporation. The address the document gives, twice, is 1201 N Orange Street, Suite 7667, Wilmington, DE 19801. That is the only address SweepJungle publishes anywhere. We searched the whole document. The phrases "Sweeps Coins" and "Sweepstakes Coins" do not appear in it once. The currency the home page advertises, the VIP ladder pays out in, and third-party reviewers describe cashing out is not defined, governed or even mentioned in the contract a player agrees to.

Where are the sweepstakes rules?

The site's own footer points at them. It says an "alternative method of entry (AMOE) is always available", names Kinetix Ventures as "the sole sponsor of all promotional sweepstakes", and tells players: "For details, see our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Sweepstakes Rules."

There is no Sweepstakes Rules document. The only legal pages the site links are its terms and conditions, privacy policy, responsible gaming policy and contact page. We probed the obvious paths on August 20: /rules, /sweepstakes and /official-rules all return 404, and /sweepstakes-rules returns a 307 redirect to the home page, so the one path named after the missing document sends you to the marketing page instead of serving it. The word "prize" appears zero times in the privacy policy and zero times in the responsible gaming policy, and once in the terms, in a sentence saying coins "cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes".

For a promotion that calls itself a sweepstakes, that missing document is the whole legal apparatus: who the sponsor is, what the prize pool is, how the free entry route works, how a winner claims. Does DexyPlay publish terms of use?

No. Its home page carries a short legal footer, and that footer is the entire published corpus. It reads: "NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to play on dexyplay.com. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. For detailed rules, see Terms of Use." It then says the platform "is an entertainment-based platform designed purely for fun. It does not involve monetary rewards or any form of financial risk."

There is no Terms of Use to see. We requested /page/terms, /page/terms-of-use and /page/sweepstakes-rules. All three return HTTP 200, and all three return byte-for-byte the same thing: the footer above, and no document body under it. The 200 status is the trap here. A script checking whether the page exists would record all three as live, and so would a reader who clicked the link, saw a page load and assumed the terms were somewhere on it.

The footer does name a company: "Dexyplay Social Gaming Platform is owned and operated by UTech Solutions LLC, (Attention: DMCA Takedown Request) 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA", with a correspondence address in Casper, Wyoming.

That name is worth flagging with care. A defendant called Utech Solutions, LLC is one of the thirteen operators sued in the Kentucky federal class-action wave we reported in August, as case 4:26-cv-00492. The complaint is not publicly available, the docket records no address for that defendant, and we could not confirm from any public record that the two are the same company. We are reporting a name match and the limits of it, not an identification.

Why does a missing rulebook matter to your money?

Because other people are describing a cash-out that these documents do not create. A review of Sweep Jungle at TheLines, last updated on August 14, 2026, tells readers: "You'll need to win 100 SCs from sweepstakes play before you can redeem them (remember that you must meet the 1x playthrough first)", and "You can request an SC redemption via a bank transfer at present." A Bettors Insider roundup from August 4 promotes DexyPlay, SweepJungle and AceBet together as "three of the fastest-growing sweepstakes casinos right now", and closes by telling readers that "all three offer a legitimate no-purchase path to Sweeps Coins". SweepJungle's contract says the opposite in terms: wins come as Gold Coins, and Gold Coins are not redeemable for anything.

We looked at AceBet earlier this month and found its own documents claimed all 50 states and reserved the right to void purchases. The pattern across this cohort is the same one: heavy affiliate promotion, and a document set that does not support what the promotion says. If you buy a coin package on the strength of a review promising bank-transfer redemption, the contract you actually accepted at SweepJungle says purchases are final, non-refundable, and that nothing on the platform is redeemable for money.

There is a second oddity in the SweepJungle terms. Its restricted list names 18 states plus the District of Columbia: Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, Washington, Washington D.C., Montana, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arizona, California, Tennessee and Indiana. Maine, where the online sweepstakes ban is already in force, is not on it. Neither is Oklahoma, whose ban arrives on November 1, 2026. If the company means what it says about offering nothing redeemable, those omissions may not matter, because those laws target redeemable dual-currency play. If it does not mean it, they matter a great deal. Both readings cannot be right, and only the operator can say which is.

What should you check before signing up at a brand this new?

Three things, and all of them take under five minutes.

1. Find the sweepstakes rules before you find the coin store. If the site names a rules document it does not serve, treat that as the finding rather than an oversight.
2. Read the redemption clause, not the promo banner. The banner is marketing. The terms are the contract, and where they conflict, the contract is what a dispute gets decided on.
3. Check who the operator is and where. A named company with an address is the minimum. We did not create an account at either brand, so we cannot describe what a logged-in player sees, and a document may exist behind registration that the public site does not serve.
