Kingcoins Casino Terms Allow Accounts From Age 13

Kingcoins Casino's Terms of Service set the minimum age to create an account and play without money at 13, while keeping 18 as the floor for anything involving virtual currencies or prize redemptions. The operator's own App Store listing and its homepage both tell you the product is 18 and over, with no mention of a younger tier. We checked three established brands' rulebooks for a comparable clause and found none. The same document blocks 21 states and sets a 50 Sweeps Coin redemption minimum.

Kingcoins Casino is not a brand we rank or link to. We read its Terms of Service in full on September 20, 2026, from its own site, because a new app with no published sweepstakes rules is exactly the kind of paperwork nobody else reads - our verification method explains what that involves.

What does the age clause actually say?

Clause 2.1, headed Age Requirements, runs three sentences and they do not sit comfortably together:

"You may only use the Platform if you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater ... You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required for data processing consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the Platform for non-monetary activities. However, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to participate in any activities involving virtual currencies or prize redemptions."

So the first sentence says 18 to use the platform, the second says 13 to open an account and play without money, and the third says 18 for anything with a coin in it. A 13-year-old cannot redeem a prize under this document. A 13-year-old can, on its face, register and play.

That is a different position from the one the operator puts in front of a prospective player.

The App Store record, which we pulled the same day, is published by Jackpot Entertainment Inc. Neither it nor the homepage mentions 13 at all, so the only place a prospective player could find the younger tier is clause 2.1 itself.

We looked for the same clause elsewhere. High 5 Casino's Terms of Use, Fortune Wins' Sweeps Rules and Spree's Terms of Service run to roughly 85,000, 32,000 and 82,000 characters of text between them, and none of the three contains "13 years" or "thirteen" anywhere. That is three documents, not the whole market, and we say so rather than calling it unique.

Does Kingcoins Casino publish sweepstakes rules?

No. The Terms of Service are the only rulebook we could find, and the phrases "Sweepstakes Rules" and "Official Rules" do not appear in them. Every other brand whose paperwork we read today runs a second document that sets out the entry routes, the coin values and the prize pool.

The gap shows in the free-entry route. Clause 4.3 gives the postal address - "Kingcoins Casino, Care of: Jackpot Entertainment Inc., 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark DE 19713" - and says a request must carry your name, mailing address, account email and "the number of Sweeps Coins requested (subject to daily and monthly limits as posted on the Platform)."

It never says how many coins a request is worth. There is no card size, no envelope specification, no handwriting requirement and no stated rate. Here the amount lives on a page inside the product that a prospective player cannot see before signing up.

Which states does Kingcoins Casino block?

Twenty-one, plus US territories. Clause 2.2 lists them: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia.

One entry on that list is worth flagging as a credit rather than a criticism. Oklahoma is on it. Oklahoma's SB 1589 does not take effect until November 1, 2026, and the operators we have surveyed have overwhelmingly not written the state into their documents yet, including one rulebook rewritten from scratch on September 16 and the twelve documents we read in August. Kingcoins is ahead of that curve.

The list is also longer than the ban map, which is the usual pattern: we counted 13 states that major brands block without a ban in August. Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota and Pennsylvania all appear on the Kingcoins list, and none of those four has passed a sweepstakes-specific ban statute of the kind California, New York or Louisiana has. Three of them do have regulators that have gone after the model without one: Arizona's Department of Gaming, the Illinois Gaming Board and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board have all issued cease-and-desist letters, and Minnesota's Attorney General has targeted operators directly. Blocking a state that has no statute is a choice operators are entitled to make, and it usually means a payments or compliance partner drew the line rather than a legislature.

What is the Kingcoins Casino minimum redemption?

50 Sweeps Coins. The rest of the money terms are readable, and modest by the standards of the category.

Two of those rows have guides behind them: what verification actually asks for before a first payout, and how redemption limits and the $600 tax line work. A 50-coin floor and a single playthrough pass are on the friendlier side. The 180-day inactivity rule is far more generous than the 60-day expiry clocks that run at several larger brands, and it is measured with notice rather than silently. One detail in the dispute section is harder to place. Clause 14.1 says the Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and "the laws of New Jersey". New Jersey is on the operator's own excluded list, and it is a state that banned this model outright in August 2025. We are not drawing a conclusion from that. We are recording that the rulebook picks the law of a state it will not serve, and that the document carries a "Last Updated" stamp of March 13, 2026, more than three months before the iOS app's June 26, 2026 release date.

Each path on kingcoinscasino.com was checked against an invented control URL on the same host, which returned a 138-byte not-found response against the 38,010-byte terms page, so the document is a real page rather than a catch-all. The three comparison rulebooks were extracted to text and searched for "13 years" and "thirteen" with zero hits each.

Three limits. Three comparison documents is a sample, not a census, so the absence of a 13-year clause elsewhere is reported as what we checked rather than as a market-wide fact. We could not find any sweepstakes rules, official rules or prize-pool document on the brand's site, and an absence we could not fetch is not the same as an absence that does not exist; the terms themselves never reference one. And we have put no questions to Jackpot Entertainment Inc., so everything attributed to the operator comes from its published pages.
