MegaSpinz Minimum Redemption: 100 SC, One Clause Says 10

MegaSpinz will not pay a cash prize until your account holds 100 qualifying Sweepstakes Coins, which its rulebook values at a dollar each, and its own free daily bonus is capped at 0.1 coins a day. Even at that ceiling the free route to a $100 payout is a thousand days of logging in. Nine clauses later the same rulebook calls the minimum 10 coins. We read both of the site's legal documents in full on September 25, 2026.

MegaSpinz is not one of the brands we test and rank, it has never been through our rating process, and it is not among the recent launches we have registered with and scored. Nothing below is a score. It turned up because people are searching for it and because its paperwork appears to be unread. The site is operated by Petique Labs LLC, whose registered address the footer gives as 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Everything below is the operator's own text.

Two documents govern it, and they carry different dates. The Terms and Conditions at /help/terms/ say they "have been updated as of 07/01/2025". The Official Sweepstakes Rules at /help/play-rules/ say "updated as of 07/31/26". An invented path on the same host returns an empty 404, so both are live published pages rather than error shells.

What is the MegaSpinz minimum redemption?

One hundred coins, or ten, depending on which clause you reach.

Clause 6.3 is the operative one: "Entrants whom accumulate and maintain one hundred (100) or more qualifying Sweepstakes Coins associated with their User Account may elect to accept a Cash Prize." It fixes the rate at "$1.00 USD for each qualifying Sweepstakes Coin" and then repeats itself for emphasis: the account "must have a minimum balance of at least one hundred (100) qualifying Sweepstakes Coins before any Cash Prize may be claimed."

Clause 6.12, on what happens when you close an account, refers to the same threshold and gives a different number: an account that "holds Sweepstakes Coins in a number less than the minimum (10) Sweepstakes Coins required for redemption of any Prize (as detailed above)" gets nothing. The parenthesis says 10. The clause it points back to says 100. Both are in the document we read today, and no gift-card tier appears anywhere to explain the smaller figure - the words "gift" and "voucher" do not appear in either document.

A $100 floor is the ordinary setting for this template rather than an outlier. It matches what Joya.US publishes and Spinzamo's figure, and it is double the 50 coins Storm.us set. The minimums we have actually run a payout against are on our highest-payout sweepstakes casinos page.

How long would it take to reach 100 coins for free?

On the daily bonus alone, a thousand days, and that is the best case rather than the expected one.

Clause 3.2.2 is explicit about the ceiling: "The more frequently you log into your Account the more free Sweepstakes Coins you can claim - up to a maximum of 0.1 free Sweepstakes Coins a day." Read the wording: 0.1 is a maximum, not a promised daily rate, so a thousand days is the floor on how long the route takes and the document commits the operator to nothing faster. Every other free route in clause 3.2 is small and finite:

Add the registration bonus to a full ten referrals and you are at 52 coins, which is the most the one-off routes will ever give you. The remaining 48 have to come from the daily bonus, at 480 days, or from the post, at 24 envelopes. Doing it by post alone, from an empty account, is 50 envelopes. Each one needs a hand-written card, a unique 12-digit code pulled from the site, and a postmark from the same state as the verified address on the account; our guide to claiming free Sweeps Coins by post covers what those requests involve generally. Crediting takes "within ten (10) days" and "up to twenty (20) days" per request. The cards go to a PO box in Watertown, New York, a state the site's own terms bar players from.

Clause 6.1 then adds a playthrough condition, and it is drafted oddly: coins "acquired by Entrant by any method available under Section 3.2.7" must "first be played through in an applicable Sweepstakes Game at least once" before counting toward the floor. Section 3.2.7 is the mail-in section and nothing else, so on the literal text the playthrough rule attaches to postal coins alone. Most operators write it to cover every free coin, which is the pattern behind our page on getting free Sweeps Coins; this narrower wording is MegaSpinz's own.

Which states does MegaSpinz block, and which bans does it miss?

Eleven, and it misses three states where the model is already unlawful or about to be.

The list lives in clause 3.1.4 of the Terms, not in the Sweepstakes Rules. The Rules restrict eligibility to residents outside "the Restricted Territories" without naming one, and that term is defined only in the older document: "California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington."

Against our own state-by-state classifications, that list covers eight of the eleven states we record as having banned this model, plus Idaho, Michigan and Washington, which we classify as Restricted rather than banned: no sweepstakes-specific statute, but general gambling law or regulator action closes the market anyway. The mechanism differs in each. Idaho's is a constitutional gambling prohibition, Washington's is RCW 9.46.240, which makes transmitting gambling information online a Class C felony, and Michigan's is a run of cease-and-desist orders from its regulator. Three states are absent:

Oklahoma is the one with time left on it. We read the enrolled bill today and its effective date is five weeks away, so a site not listing the state is not yet listing it wrongly, and it is far from the only one: our census of which operators still accept Oklahoma read twelve operator documents on August 12 and not one of them blocked the state. Maine and Indiana are different. Maine's prohibition has been live since July 29 and Indiana's since July 1, both before the Sweepstakes Rules were restamped on July 31, 2026, and neither state appears in the document those Rules point to for their own definition of who may play. We have found the same gap at other new brands, including Jackpotable's ten-state footer, so this is a pattern rather than a one-off - and it is why our state pages rather than an operator's list are the thing to check before depositing.

The site's own support page adds a third answer. Its FAQ tells readers: "Sweepstakes casinos like Megaspinz are legal in most U.S. states. However, please check your local regulations to ensure that you can participate." That names nothing, and pushes the legal question back to the player.

What are the MegaSpinz redemption limits and caps?

The throttles sit in section 6, coin expiry in section 2, and one of them contradicts the state list.

Clause 6.10 is the odd one: "For Entrants who reside in Florida, the maximum amount for which a prize can be redeemed is limited to USD$5,000 per spin or per play round and amounts in excess of USD$5,000 will not be redeemed to residents of New York or Florida." New York is on the restricted list in clause 3.1.4, so a document that bars New York residents from the site also writes a payout cap for them. The Florida figure is the same $5,000 per play round we have now found across a long line of operators.

The gap between the two files is worth stating precisely rather than overstating. Clause 2.1 of the older Terms defines the site's "Virtual Coins" and then says "On the Site, Games are currently played with Gold Coins." The rest of that document follows suit: its only purchase section, clause 6, is headed "Purchases of Gold Coins," and the phrase "Sweepstakes Coins" does not appear anywhere in the Terms, not once in roughly fifty thousand characters. That is not a contradiction of the Sweepstakes Rules so much as a thirteen-month-old snapshot of a site that has since added the half where the money is, and it is why the Rules have to carry both the redemption floor and the state list on their own. Every quotation above is verbatim from the two MegaSpinz documents as they stood on September 25, 2026, and the clause numbers are theirs. The statement that "Sweepstakes Coins" appears nowhere in the Terms, like the absence of "gift" and "voucher," is a count run against the full text of the page we fetched, not an impression of it. The Oklahoma effective date and Maine's April 6 signing come from the two state sources listed, which we fetched the same day; the Maine page records the enactment and Chapter 645 but not the commencement date. How we classify Idaho, Michigan and Washington, and the mechanism given for each, is our own state-page classification rather than anything MegaSpinz publishes. Maine's July 29 commencement and Indiana's July 1 date are the ones our own earlier reporting and state pages record; we did not re-fetch an Indiana legislative source today, because that site serves an application shell rather than the bill text. We have no account on MegaSpinz and have not tested a redemption, so nothing here describes what the site does in practice - only what it publishes. We have not asked Petique Labs LLC about the conflict between clauses 6.3 and 6.12.
