SweepKing: 20x Playthrough and a $100 Daily Redemption Cap

SweepKing announced itself on September 8, 2026 as a new US sweepstakes casino with a 2 SC welcome bonus. Its own promotional terms say bonus Sweeps Coins carry a 20x playthrough before you can redeem them, and its terms of use cap most accounts at $100 of redemptions per day. Neither number is in the press release.

The announcement went out on GlobeNewswire this morning under a Hilton Head Island, South Carolina dateline. It names the operator as Winzilla Ltd, promises more than 3,000 games from 33 providers, a 2 SC welcome bonus, a 100% first-purchase bonus, up to 75 SC in daily bonuses, and redemption by card, PayPal, Cash App or crypto.

We could not read sweepking.com ourselves. Every page we requested this evening from outside the United States returned an HTTP 403 whose body bounces the browser to sweepking.com/restricted-region, and an invented URL that the site has no page for returned the identical response, so this is a blanket geographic block rather than anything specific to the legal pages. So we read the operator's own legal documents in the Internet Archive instead, and the sitemap, which the site does serve. What those documents say is a long way from "player choice and control."

What does the SweepKing welcome bonus actually require?

Section 7 of the Promotional Terms, last updated 6 July 2026, is one paragraph and it is the whole story:

"Regular SC require 1x playthrough before redemption. Bonus SC - and any prizes derived from Bonus SC - require 20x playthrough before redemption. Only settled SC game plays count toward playthrough; Gold Coin play and canceled/voided/unsettled plays do not."

We have not documented a 20x requirement anywhere else in this category. One caveat on that number, and it matters for the launch offer specifically. The same section ends: "Where Special Promotional Terms specify 0x playthrough, those terms control for such Bonus SC." So 20x is the default for Bonus SC, not an unbreakable rule, and an individual promotion can be written softer. SweepKing does not publish the Special Promotional Terms for the 2 SC welcome bonus anywhere we can reach, so we cannot tell you which figure applies to the offer in today's press release. What we can tell you is that 20x is what the rulebook sets unless that offer says otherwise, and the release says nothing at all.

Two more clauses in the same section make it tighter. Clause iv gives you 30 calendar days from activation to finish the playthrough, after which "the Active Bonus and the ongoing Bonus Balance" are cancelled. Clause viii says active bonuses "will be automatically removed and cancelled upon any redemption request made prior to the full completion of the Playthrough Requirements." So requesting a cash-out early does not pause the bonus. It deletes it.

How much can you redeem from SweepKing in a day?

One hundred dollars, unless the operator decides otherwise. Section 8.8 of the Terms of Use, version 1.6.7 dated 14 July 2026, sets out a nine-tier ladder:

"The default daily redemption limit applicable to a User Account is USD 100," the clause says. Group assignment is decided by SweepKing on "internal risk-management criteria," and the group you are in "is displayed within the redemption section of the Platform" - which means you cannot find out where you sit until you have signed up. The company reserves the right to move you between groups at any time and to "vary, increase, reduce, or remove any limit" in the section.

This is new. We pulled five archived captures of the same document: version 1.2 dated 14 August 2025, version 1.4 dated 1 January 2026, version 1.5 dated 28 January 2026 captured twice in March and June, and version 1.6.7 dated 14 July 2026. The words "Daily Redemption Limits," "USD 100" and "risk Group" appear in none of the four earlier ones. The caps were written in during the July rewrite.

And there is a second limit, in the other document, that makes the daily cap read very differently. The Sweepstakes Rules say: "We will only process one prize redemption request per customer account in any 5 day period." Put the two together and a default-group account is not capped at $100 a day at all. It is capped at one request per five days, and $100 on the request. The headline number in the Terms of Use is daily; the throughput the Rules allow is a fifth of that. There is also a gap. The Sweepstakes Rules say prizes are redeemable "subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules." No such amounts are stated anywhere in that document. And the two documents disagree on timing: the Rules say "it may take up to 30 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes," while Terms section 8.7 says processing "may take up to five (5) business days." A player reading only one of them gets a different answer.

Which states does SweepKing block, and what changed?

Eighteen, plus an age carve-out. The 14 July 2026 Rules exclude Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah and Washington, and Mississippi residents under 21.

Compare that with the version archived on 22 April 2026, which was dated 5 February 2026:

Indiana and Maine both banned the model, so those additions follow the law. Florida going the other way is the one to notice: Florida has no sweepstakes ban on its books, but its Attorney General sued Stake.us and VGW on August 19, 2026, and SweepKing opened the state somewhere between February and July while that was building.

One name is missing from the list entirely. Oklahoma's ban takes effect on November 1, 2026, and the rulebook does not mention the state. On its own documents, SweepKing is currently accepting Oklahoma players into a sweepstakes that becomes unlawful there in under eight weeks. It has changed the list twice this year, so it may well change it again. In August we counted which operators were still open to Oklahoma players ahead of that date.

How new is SweepKing?

Newer than its paperwork. The earliest Terms of Use we can retrieve carries "Last updated: 14 August 2025, Version 1.2," and the Internet Archive holds a capture of that document from 26 October 2025. Archived copies of the Sweepstakes Rules go back to 13 January 2026. Go back further and the brand looks different: a capture of the homepage from 16 May 2025 carries the page title "Play Casino Games with Crypto & Bitcoin slots at SWEEPKING". The domain itself is far older than the casino, with archived captures running back to 2013 under earlier owners. The brand is being introduced to the press today; the contract behind it is over a year old and has run from version 1.2 to version 1.6.7.

The free-entry route is documented and it is thin. Mail-in requests get you 5 Sweeps Coins each, you may request one Postal Request Code per 30 days, and the envelope goes to Winzilla Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus. That is an international postal round trip for 5 SC a month, which is worth setting against the no-purchase promise. SweepKing is not in our ranked database and this piece is not a review. We have not tested a redemption, and we cannot, because the site refuses non-US traffic.
