Rolla Casino Free SC by Mail: Card Names WOW Vegas

Rolla Casino's free mail-in entry card tells you to write the email and home address on your WOW Vegas account, then copy out a statement accepting the rules on the Coinsback website. The word Rolla appears nowhere in it. All three brands belong to MW Services Limited, and Rolla voids a request card for illegible handwriting or a wrong-state postmark, so the operator polices the player's side of a template it got wrong itself.

Rolla is not on our ranked list of tested sweepstakes casinos and has not been through the redemption run we use to verify a payout, so nothing below is a score. It is a read of the operator's own help centre, fetched on September 20, 2026. We went looking because Rolla now carries promo-code pages on most of the large US sweepstakes affiliate sites, at least one of them refreshed on September 14, while the brand has never appeared in our tested 30 or on our new sweepstakes casinos hub.

The operator is MW Services Limited, the Gibraltar company behind WOW Vegas, Coinsback and MetaWin.us. Two things confirm it rather than one. Rolla's mail-in article addresses envelopes to "MW SERVICES LIMITED PO BOX #8205 MANCHESTER, NH 03108 U.S.A.", and the help centre itself runs on a single Intercom workspace whose application name, carried in the page data of every Rolla article we pulled, is "WOW Vegas". What do you write on a Rolla SC request card?

The mail-in route is the legal spine of the sweepstakes model: it is the free path to the redeemable currency, and it is what lets an operator say no purchase is necessary. It is also the mechanism behind why sweepstakes casinos are legal in the first place.

Rolla's article "What do I need to write on my SC request card?", last updated on May 29, 2026, lists five things that must go on the card. Items two and three are "The email address on your WOW Vegas account" and "The residential address on your WOW Vegas account". Item five is a statement the operator requires you to copy out exactly:

"I wish to receive free SC in order to participate in the SC Games promotions offered by WOW Vegas. In submitting this written request, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and SC Game Rules as set out on the Coinsback Casino website."

Three brands, one card, and the one you are actually playing at is not among them. The same article requires capital letters and black ink, and says your handwriting "must be legible, or your request will be voided".

We cannot tell you how Rolla treats a card that follows its own instructions, because the operator does not say. What we can say is that this is the only version of the instruction a prospective player can read. Rolla's own AMOE page at rolla.com is client-rendered: the homepage, /amoe, /sc-game-rules and an invented control URL all return the same 19,526-byte shell, so none of that text is in the served HTML. The Internet Archive's index lists 15 captures of /amoe going back to April 2025, none of them larger than 5.7KB, alongside captures of a login?redirect=/amoe URL from the same crawls, which is where the site sends a logged-out visitor. Archive playback was offline while we were reading, so we could not open any of them.

Does WOW Vegas have the same mail-in card error?

Yes, and comparing the two is what shows this is a template problem rather than a one-off typo.

WOW Vegas's equivalent article carries the identical wording, including the Coinsback reference. So a WOW Vegas player is told to accept a third brand's rules, and a Rolla player is told to accept a third brand's rules and to write a second brand's account details. Neither statement names Coinsback's actual sibling relationship or explains why it is there.

The tell that this was a partial localisation is the article next to it. Rolla's "Where do I mail my SC request card?" does say Rolla: it requires the envelope to be "postmarked from the same state or province as the residential address on your Rolla account", and warns that requests postmarked elsewhere "will be voided". It also sends the card to Rolla's own PO box, #8205, where WOW Vegas's equivalent article sends it to #9402 at the same Manchester ZIP.

The timestamps say the rest. All six articles in Rolla's AMOE collection carry a last-updated stamp from one ten-minute window on May 29, 2026, between 12:40:12 and 12:49:38. The address article was stamped at 12:48:58 and the card article at 12:49:38, forty seconds later, so the card article was not missed: it was the last page open in the sweep and the brand name was left alone. Four of the six name no brand at all, which makes the card article the only page in Rolla's free-entry set that points a Rolla player at another casino.

What is Rolla's redemption minimum vs WOW Vegas?

This is where the two brands genuinely differ, and it is the part that costs money rather than confusion. Rolla's cash floor is twice WOW Vegas's and its gift-card floor is two and a half times, verified from each brand's own "How do I redeem?" article on the same morning.

The arithmetic in row four is the whole story for a free-entry player. Both brands credit 3 SC per valid card, so Rolla's 100 SC cash floor takes 34 handwritten cards, 34 separate 11-digit request codes and 34 stamped #10 envelopes, where WOW Vegas takes 17. Every one of those cards has to be postmarked from your own state.

The last row is a gap rather than a figure, and it is worth saying how we established it. Rolla publishes a minimum age of 18 in a Responsible Social Gaming collection. WOW Vegas has no such collection and no equivalent article: we read the titles of all 80 articles in its help centre on September 20 and none of them states a minimum age.

Which states cannot redeem Sweeps Coins at Rolla?

Fifteen, and the list is identical to WOW Vegas's. The two brands' "Which states and territories are excluded?" articles run the same states in the same order and differ only in the brand name; Rolla's was stamped at 09:07:21 on July 14, 2026 and WOW Vegas's at 09:07:02 the same morning.

Three states are blocked from registering at all: Idaho, Nevada and Washington. Twelve more can register and play Gold Coins but cannot touch the redeemable currency: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee. Quebec is excluded on the Canadian side.

That list covers every state where the dual-currency model has been outlawed by a statute now in force, which is not true of every rulebook we read. Oklahoma is the one to watch: its ban takes effect on November 1, 2026 and Rolla does not list the state yet.

What is the Rolla welcome bonus worth?

The operator's own help centre puts the welcome bonus at 10.1 free SC, and attaches a condition that matters more than the number. It "must be claimed via the lobby widget after successful registration and verification" and "will not be credited automatically", with verification meaning a selfie and both sides of a government ID through Sumsub.

So the free coins are not a sign-up freebie. They are a post-KYC freebie, and at Rolla's 100 SC cash floor, 10.1 SC is about a tenth of the way to a withdrawal.

You will see a much larger number in promo coverage, and it is worth knowing what sits behind it. Affiliate promo-code pages for Rolla lead on "1.5 million Gold Coins and 30 Sweeps Coins". Rolla's first-purchase store runs bonuses of "+33% to +150%", with a 200% tier that expires 60 minutes after you activate it, and the help centre states plainly that Sweeps Coins "cannot be purchased directly". So the 30 SC in that headline are not coins you can buy: they ride along with a Gold Coin purchase.

Should you mail a card to Rolla right now?

If you are in one of the 15 states above, no, and the sign-up is pointless too, because Gold Coins there carry no route to a prize.

For everyone else the free route does function, and the address is real: MW Services Limited, PO Box #8205, Manchester, NH 03108. But be clear about what the contradiction means. Rolla's two AMOE articles disagree on whose account details belong on the card, and only one of them can be what the operator's validator actually checks. We would use the Rolla account's email and address, because the address article is explicit that the postmark must match the address on your Rolla account and because the envelope goes to Rolla's own PO box rather than WOW Vegas's. We would also ask Rolla support to confirm that in writing before spending a stamp, because the operator reserves the right to void a card and has not said which version of its own instruction wins.

The wider point is worth carrying to any brand.
