Spinzta Casino Shut Down: No Payout Date for Balances

Spinzta, a sweepstakes casino, permanently ceased operations on August 9, 2026, and its closure notice gives players no payout date and no redemption deadline. The single page that is now its whole website says accounts, balances and pending redemption requests have been "recorded and preserved", which describes a record rather than a payment, and it offers no way to file a request. The sweepstakes rules that governed those balances are offline, and the notice is word for word the one The Money Factory published the same day.

Two sweepstakes casinos went dark that day, not one. The Money Factory's closure was reported across the trade press this week. Spinzta's has surfaced only as a one-line row on SweepsKings' closed-casino list, which records it as "shut down without notice" and gives no date. We loaded both domains on August 13 and put the two notices side by side. They are the same document with the brand name swapped, down to the mailbox players are told to write to, which sits on The Money Factory's domain in both.

What does the Spinzta closure notice say?

The whole of spinzta.com is now a single page headed "Spinzta has ceased operations." The operative sentences, verbatim: "After careful consideration, Spinzta has permanently ceased operations as of August 9, 2026. No new registrations, purchases, or gameplay are being accepted."

Then the part that decides whether players see their money: "All player accounts, balances, and pending redemption requests have been recorded and preserved." Players with pending requests are told they do not need to take any action. The company says it is "conducting an orderly wind-down."

There is no payout date, no redemption deadline, no request form and no phone number. The notice offers two mailboxes and both of them sit on a different brand's domain, The Money Factory's: one for players wanting a copy of their account records, and one under a heading for asset inquiries that invites offers for "the acquisition of company assets, including the platform software."

The company also says it will "post further updates here as the wind-down progresses." That is the only forward-looking commitment in the document, and until a payout date appears it is the only thing a stranded player has to watch. Nothing further had been posted when we re-read the page on August 13.

Everything else on the domain is gone. We requested the terms, the terms-and-conditions path, the sweepstakes rules and the rules path on August 13, and all four returned 404. The rules that governed a Spinzta balance are no longer published anywhere.

Who owned Spinzta, and what other casinos did they run?

The Illinois Gaming Board's cease-and-desist letter of February 4, 2026 puts The Money Factory at 8 The Green, Unit #17655, Dover, DE 19901, and was sent to that company's public support inbox. SweepsKings' Spinzta review, written while the site was trading, names the operator as The Money Factory LLC at that same Dover address and dates the launch to December 2025. Eight months, start to finish:

1. December 2025 - Spinzta launches, per a review published while the site was trading.
2. February 4, 2026 - the Illinois Gaming Board dates a cease-and-desist letter to The Money Factory LLC at that Dover address.
3. August 9, 2026 - Spinzta and The Money Factory both cease operations, on word-for-word identical notices.
4. August 13, 2026 - we re-read spinzta.com: the notice is unchanged, no update has been posted, and the terms and sweepstakes-rules paths return 404.

A third brand sits in the same group. CoinFrenzy's homepage carries an Organization block in its own markup that lists, as CoinFrenzy's official profiles, five Spinzta social accounts and a Reddit account named The_Money_Factory. That is CoinFrenzy's own published description of itself, read on August 13. Shared ownership across brands is the norm in this vertical rather than the exception, which is why we keep a directory of which companies own which sweeps brands.

Read that last row narrowly. The Illinois board's own page says it has issued "more than 60" cease-and-desist letters, and it publishes them as individual PDFs with no list of who received one, a gap we set out in our audit of the Illinois cease-and-desist campaign. We could not find a letter filed under a Spinzta or CoinFrenzy filename, which is not the same as knowing none exists. Those letters have moved operators before: Blazesoft ended Sweeps Coin play for Illinois accounts rather than keep taking them. Did the third brand in this group set a deadline?

CoinFrenzy did, and it has since brought that deadline forward. It stopped taking purchases on August 10, 2026 and gave players until September 25, 2026 to redeem. On August 25 it replaced the banner in its logged-in lobby with one giving September 07, 2026 instead, 18 days earlier, and published the change nowhere else - the signed-out version of the same banner still shows September 25. Having a date at all is what separates CoinFrenzy from the two brands above; being able to move it in an image is what that date is worth.

This section originally said CoinFrenzy had published nothing about closing, and that a player checking the site saw a working casino. That was wrong. The notice was already up on August 10, before this article first published, but it is a banner image rather than text, so it appears nowhere in the page source, the terms or the document library.

The miss is instructive because we had the notice in hand and did not look at it. This piece read the operator's banner feed on August 13, counted its eight active banners and recorded that two of them push signed-out visitors to the login screen. Those two are the closure banners, uploaded 77 seconds apart on the morning of August 10, and every other banner in the feed dates from April. We read the routing metadata and never opened the image.

What should you do if you held a Spinzta balance?

There is no redemption function left on the site, so everything still open to you happens on paper.

1. Ask for your account records in writing. Email the shutdown mailbox the notice offers and keep the reply. "Preserved" describes a record, not a payment, and the document that set out what a Sweeps Coin was worth is no longer on the internet.
2. Watch the closure page. It is the only place the company promised to post anything further, so it is where a payout date would appear. Nothing had been added when we re-read it on August 13.
3. Finish verification on the sites you do still play. A stalled identity check is a common reason a redemption misses a closing window, and there is no appeals route once a site is dark, so get ID checks out of the way before you need them. Where operators publish a figure at all, the stated verification times run 48 to 72 hours.

Compare it with a wind-down that gives players a calendar. That is the difference between a closure you can act on and one you cannot.

The general lesson is the one we keep writing. Operators exiting under legal pressure have given players windows that have run from 57 days down to 14. These two gave none. Neither Spinzta nor CoinFrenzy has ever been one of the 33 brands we review, or one of the 30 on our ranked list, so we hold no test data on either and never sent readers to them.

We have no test account or verified data on Spinzta or CoinFrenzy, and the checks we run on an operator's own documents explain what we look at when we do. We did not put these questions to the company before publishing, because the only address either notice offers is a shutdown mailbox. This article reports what two operators published about their own closures and what a public regulator letter says. It makes no allegation that anyone has failed to pay a player.
