High 5 Casino Payout Table Gets WOW Vegas Minimum Wrong

High 5 Casino published a payout-speed table today that puts WOW Vegas's cash-out minimum at 100 SC, but WOW Vegas's own help centre says the cash minimum is 50 SC and the gift-card minimum is 20 SC, not the 25 SC High 5 printed. Two more brands in the same table publish no minimum anywhere we can find, and High 5 now gives three different answers about how long it takes to pay you: its binding Sweepstakes Official Rules allow up to 10 days.

The page went live at 12:39 UTC on September 10, 2026. We caught it in the operator's own WordPress page index, which shows six new URLs stamped between 12:39 and 12:42 UTC, each carrying a creation date and a modification date within a second of each other. That is what a first publication looks like rather than a restored old page. We have not found the same table on any other operator's domain, though we have not read every one.

That makes it worth reading closely. A comparison table on an operator's domain is a sales document, and this one is aimed at people searching for the fastest place to cash out.

What does the High 5 Casino table actually claim?

Here is the table as published, reproduced in full.

The page opens by naming a winner, and it is not High 5: "The fastest sweepstakes casino redemptions in 2026 come from McLuck, High 5 Casino, and Pulsz."

Why does High 5 Casino give three different payout times?

Because its marketing page, its help centre and its Sweepstakes Rules disagree with each other, on its own two rows, by days.

The new page says a High 5 Skrill redemption takes 3 to 6 days and a bank transfer 5 to 10 days. High 5's own help centre, at a page last modified on June 15, 2026 and untouched today, says something different. Its redemption table lists Skrill at "1-2 business days" and Trustly bank transfer at "3-5 business days," and the body text repeats it: funds "are typically delivered to your Skrill account within 1-2 business days, often sooner," and approved Trustly redemptions "typically arrive within 3-5 business days."

So the same operator, on the same domain, on the same day, publishes two payout timelines for itself that differ by up to five days on the bank rail.

There is a third, and it is the one that counts. Neither of those documents is the contract. High 5's Sweepstakes Official Rules, version 43.0 dated June 26, 2026, are, and section 8.7 says only this: "You acknowledge and agree that it in some circumstances it may take up to ten (10) days to process a Prize redemption to you." No method breakdown, no business-day carve-out. The marketing page's own "worst case" cell says 7 to 14 days, which is the only one of the three that runs past the binding ceiling. We cannot tell you which figure describes your payout. We can tell you that the number you could hold High 5 to is 10 days, and that a player who reads the help centre before buying coins has been handed a faster one the operator has not committed to.

Two more limits appear in none of the three. The help centre caps Prizeout gift cards at "SC50 min / SC250 max" per transaction, and section 8.8 of the Rules says High 5 "will only process one prize redemption request per user account in any forty-eight (48) hour period." Put those together and a 400 SC balance is not one fast gift-card payout. It is two requests, 48 hours apart, and the marketing page's "15 min-2 hrs" describes only the second half of the wait. What is the real WOW Vegas redemption minimum?

20 SC for a gift card and 50 SC for cash. High 5's row is the clearest error in the table, and it costs a player real money to believe.

High 5 gives WOW Vegas a minimum of "25 SC (gift cards), 100 SC." WOW Vegas's own help article, "How do I redeem?", stamped May 13, 2026 and unchanged today, says this: "The minimum redemption amount for cash prize is SC 50 and SC 20 for gift cards."

The real floors are 20 SC for a gift card and 50 SC for cash. High 5's table doubles the cash figure and adds 5 SC to the gift-card one. A player who reads it concludes they need twice as long a grind at WOW Vegas as they actually do.

Two smaller things in the same row. High 5 lists three WOW Vegas methods, Trustly, Skrill and gift cards. WOW Vegas lists more, and cannot agree with itself on how many: its "How do I redeem?" article names four, adding MassPay, while its payment-methods article names five, splitting out Online Banking alongside Trustly. Either way MassPay is missing from High 5's row, and WOW Vegas's own timing article puts it at "up to 1-2 business days," which would make it the second-fastest rail the brand offers. High 5 also puts WOW Vegas gift cards at 48 hours where that same timing article says Prizeout is "typically instant, can take up to 24 hours."

Do McLuck and Pulsz publish a redemption minimum?

Not that we can find, which makes two of the five rows unverifiable rather than wrong.

We pulled every article from both help centres today. Pulsz runs 90 articles. Three of them cover redemption, one each for online banking, Skrill and gift cards, and not one states a minimum. High 5's table asserts 100 SC anyway. Pulsz also runs two separate live articles with the identical title "How long is Pulsz verification?", one saying redemption "can take anywhere between 1-5 business days" and the other "3-5 business days." High 5's "Bank: 1-5 days" matches one of them and not the other.

McLuck runs 66 articles and has no redemption article at all. Redemption comes up only in passing, inside the verification, multiple-accounts, promotions and self-exclusion pages, and none of those states a figure. mcluck.com itself returned HTTP 403 on every path we tried today, including a URL we invented as a control, so the block is the site's and not a missing page, and we could not read its terms. High 5's page names McLuck first among the fastest brands in the market and assigns it a 10 SC and 75 SC pair of floors on that basis.

The irony is in High 5's own copy. Under a heading called "Things To Watch Out For," the page warns against exactly this: "If a platform's marketing says 'fast' but its help center doesn't publish any numbers, you have no way to hold them to a standard and no basis for comparison." It also says, plainly, that "Sweepstakes casino marketing loves the word 'instant'" and that "in practice, prize redemption is rarely instant."

Which redemption minimums should you actually plan against?

Treat the table as a lead, not a source. Here is every row set against the operator's own document.

Three things follow from that today.

If you play at WOW Vegas, you can cash out at 50 SC, not the 100 SC the table shows, and take a gift card at 20 SC, not 25. If you are grinding to a target, that target is half what High 5 printed.

If you play at High 5, plan against 10 days and one request per 48 hours, because those are the two numbers in the Sweepstakes Rules and the Rules are what binds the operator. The help centre's 1-2 days is a hope, not a commitment.

If you play at McLuck or Pulsz, note that neither publishes a redemption minimum anywhere we can reach, so the 100 SC and 75 SC figures in the table have no operator document behind them and nothing to hold either brand to. One thing no row in the table shows: none of these floors matters until your account is verified, because every one of these operators gates redemption behind ID checks. We read seven brands' published verification times, which run 48 to 72 hours, and that wait sits in front of every figure above.

We also have a correction to make on our own site. The Redemption Speed and Limits line on our WOW Vegas review reads "25 SC gift card / 100 SC cash minimums" - the same wrong pair High 5 printed today - while the redemption facts on the same page correctly say 20 SC gift card and 50 SC cash. The correct numbers are 20 and 50, and they come from WOW Vegas's own help centre. That scorecard cell is untouched testing output that only the owner can edit, so it is flagged rather than changed, and it has been wrong on that page since at least August 26, 2026.

This is not the first time High 5's own documents have failed to agree with each other: we found the same pattern in its state list, where High 5's Iowa position contradicted itself.

Separately, High 5 Entertainment is currently notifying a class of Washington players about a settlement with a November 13, 2026 claim deadline, which we covered in our piece on the High 5 settlement claims window. Nothing on the page published today refers to it.
