Spinsly and Amazon Jackpots Posters: 8 Sites, No Terms

Mamba Limited now runs a branded "Posters" site on all eight of its US sweepstakes casinos, Spinsly and Amazon Jackpots among them, and not one of the eight publishes a single legal document: no terms, no sweepstakes rules, no age notice, no state list, no responsible-gaming link. The eight casino Terms of Use that do exist were all restamped on 17 September 2026, and every one of them still bars New York and California and never uses the word "poster".

We found the other seven by guessing the address after reading about the first two. On September 25, 2026 we fetched posters. in front of all eight domains belonging to the eight Mamba casinos that share one rulebook, and all eight answered: Spinsly, Amazon Jackpots, Zonko, Deal or No Deal Win, Slotomo, Neon Rush, Spinszy and Spinfinite. Each serves its own fonts, its own logo and its own copyright line. This is a family-wide build, not one brand's experiment. Two of the eight have been listed by one affiliate site; the other six, and the fact that the build spans the entire family, we have not found reported anywhere.

What is actually on a Spinsly Posters site?

Almost nothing. Each page carries the brand name followed by "| Posters", a "Play Slots" button linking to the casino domain, and a box headed "Gallery Lookup" that asks you to "Enter an 8-character Player ID". The only other copy the page can produce sits in its script file, which holds exactly two lookup responses: "That Player ID could not be found." and "We could not check that Player ID right now." That is the entire public surface.

Every other address we tried on four of the eight returned an identical 2,764-byte fallback page headed "Sister Brands". We asked for /help/terms/, /terms, /responsible-gaming, /help/play-rules/, /account/login/, /account/register/, /store, /packs, /posters and /gallery. All ten, on posters.spinsly.com, posters.amazonjackpots.com, posters.zonko.com and posters.neonrush.com, gave back the same stub.

Here is the whole family as we read it on September 25, 2026. The last column is the casino's Official Sweepstakes Rules, not the Posters site, which publishes no rules at all:

One name in that table is harder to pin down than the rest: two live sites trade as Zonko Casino with different state lists, and the Posters subdomain hangs off zonko.com, the one that publishes a rulebook.

There is no before-state to compare against. The Internet Archive holds zero captures of any of the four posters addresses we checked, so our read is the baseline.

What do Posters packs cost, and what do you get?

One affiliate page is the only description of the product we can find. RG.org reports a single-currency model where "there are no Gold Coins" and players "buy digital poster packs priced from $10 to $100 and get Sweeps Coins free with most of them", with a "$20 Safari Pack" welcome deal of "four posters, 40 SC and a wheel spin worth 2 to 15 SC" and "Redemptions start at 100 SC". The same page says Amazon Jackpots Posters "opened first, in early September" and that "Spinsly Posters followed on September 22 in the same two states", those states being New York and California. It also says the platform runs "free-entry tournaments with 3,000 SC prize pools", and says of itself: "RG.org is the first affiliate to list it."

That is one source, an affiliate that stands to be paid by what it is describing, and we could not confirm any of it from the operator. The Posters sites publish no state list, no price list and no pack terms. We could not reach a store at all: /store and /packs returned the same catch-all stub as every other address we tried, not the geo-block screen the casino domains serve us, so we cannot tell you whether a storefront is state-gated, unbuilt, or somewhere we did not look.

One detail does line up independently. The 100 SC floor RG.org describes is the same floor clause 7.3 of Spinsly's own Official Sweepstakes Rules sets for the casino, at $1.00 per qualifying coin: a redemption minimum of the kind our guide to cashing out Sweeps Coins sets out. That is corroboration of a number, not of the product.

Do the New York and California bans cover a single-currency product?

Neither statute settles it on its face. Both are written around a dual-currency system, the Gold Coins to play, Sweeps Coins to redeem split the standard model runs on, and a single-currency product is aimed straight at the gap.

California's ban is Penal Code section 337o, added by AB 831 and effective January 1, 2026. Subdivision (c)(3) defines an "online sweepstakes game" only where all four listed conditions are met, and (B) is the one that matters: the game "utilizes a dual-currency system of payment that allows a person to play or participate with direct consideration or indirect consideration". New York's is section 912 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, added by S5935-A and signed as Chapter 605 on December 5, 2025, effective immediately. It reaches any game "that utilizes a dual-currency system of payment", then adds a line worth remembering: "The state gaming commission shall determine what constitutes a dual-currency system."

So New York has reserved the definition for its own regulator, and has not published one that we can find.

California cuts the other way in its own text. Section 337o(c)(2) says indirect consideration "is provided for free through a promotion, bonus, or with the purchase of a related product, service, or activity". A poster pack that comes with free Sweeps Coins is not obviously outside that sentence. The statute also carries a carve-out at (f) for promotions run "on a limited and occasional basis" that are "incidental to substantial bona fide sales of consumer products or services" and "not intended to provide a vehicle for the establishment of ongoing gambling or gaming". A permanent storefront on eight casino brands is a hard fit for "limited and occasional".

We are not calling this illegal. Both statutes are new, neither has been applied to a posters model by a regulator or a court, and California's penalty for getting it wrong runs to a $25,000 fine and a year in county jail while New York's runs from $10,000 to $100,000 per violation. What we can say is which document says what, the way we check everything.

Do Mamba's own terms allow New York or California players?

They say you should not be in either state. We read all eight Terms of Use on September 25, 2026. All eight are stamped "Last updated: 17 September 2026", the rewrite that moved the Florida win cap and left the 14-state list alone, and five days before Spinsly Posters is reported to have opened. All eight name Mamba Limited as the counterparty. And clause 3.4 of all eight is byte-identical:

"You do not reside in and will not access the Games or Service from the states of Washington, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, California, Tennessee, Indiana, Maine (USA) or any jurisdiction outside the United States (the 'Restricted Territories')"

The word "poster" appears zero times in all eight documents. So does "merchandise". We could read the full Official Sweepstakes Rules for two of the brands, Spinsly and Amazon Jackpots, and both restrict entry to residents outside that same 14-state list, with zero mentions of posters. The other six serve us a geo-block screen on that path, roughly 1.1 KB of text headed "Sorry, Your Location Has Been Blocked", so we cannot speak for their rules text.

Spinsly's rules also contain this, which sits oddly against a product that bundles coins with a purchase: Sweepstakes Coins "are obtained completely for free and can´t be purchased and have no value".

One smaller change worth logging for anyone tracking these documents: Spinfinite's terms have moved. The address we had, spinfinite.com/terms-conditions, now returns 404, and the document is at /help/terms/ like its seven siblings.

What should a player in New York or California know before buying?

Understand what you would be buying into. If you spend money on a poster pack, the only rulebook you can read is the casino's, it does not describe the product, and it says you are not eligible to be there.

That rulebook also contains a clause we reported in August and re-read live today. It is still there, in section 4 of the Official Sweepstakes Rules:

"If participation in the Sweepstakes becomes prohibited, restricted, or impracticable in any state or jurisdiction as a result of legislative, regulatory, or governmental action (including changes in law, regulation, enforcement position, or official guidance), the Sponsor will be unable to issue or honour any outstanding or unredeemed Sweepstakes entries ... No alternative entries, compensation, or substitution will be provided."

We wrote that up as the clause that voids your unredeemed Sweeps Coins when a state moves. A regulator's "enforcement position" is enough to trigger it, and New York has explicitly left itself the job of deciding what a dual-currency system is.

This is the fourth structure of its kind we have documented in six weeks, and the widest by a distance. The others were Albumza and CollectDuel splitting the purchase onto a second company's shop, MyPrize selling trading-card packs into the three states its casino will not serve, and Gains.com writing California and New York into its rulebook as "Merchandise Territories" using AB 831's own words. Each of those hangs one shop off one casino. This is eight, built and shipped together. And where Gains.com at least wrote the model into a document you can read, Mamba has published nothing at all.

Every document above was fetched and read on September 25, 2026. This piece alleges no wrongdoing by Mamba Limited or any of its brands: no regulator or court has tested a single-currency posters model against either statute, we have asked no one for comment, and the legal question of how section 337o and section 912 apply here is open. Where we relied on a single source, we have said so in the sentence that uses it.
